Great resort to visit. This was our third time visiting Hilton Head Resort with a different room each time. We were completely blown away with the views from our balcony, and have to say this is by far my favorite room out of any of my visits to the island.

Our family of 4 stayed here over spring break. The beach access was great! The property is big and takes a day or so to get used to. They give you a map and have an app that helps. Overall great stay.

Great place!!! Close to the pool, bar and snack bar. Quick walk to the beach and Coco’s. The alligators were cool to watch!!! We’ll be back next year!!!

We were three adults and two kids vacationing for the first time in Hilton Head. This place was perfect for us! Everyone slept comfortably in their own beds. Beach cart, chairs and toys were convenient and so was Coco's restaurant at the end of the boardwalk. We were able to choose between indoor or outdoor pools depending on the weather! We brought our own bikes which we were able to park in the designated bike racks. There is also a bike rental onsite! Homeowner was great and super responsive when I had questions. Highly recommended 👌 👍

This review is a little late, but well deserved. Loved the way this condo was equipped and decorated, had everything we needed for the beach and then some. The balcony was a nice touch, I was able to have my coffee on it every morning while enjoying the ocean breeze. Definitely a well-cared for unit.

Great location

Condo was clean, very nicely decorated. The location was great as it was close to a lot of restaurants/shops. Access to the beach was about a 12 minute walk on a nice boardwalk. It was nice having Coco’s on the beach so close by for a quick bite to eat. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely return!

Did not want to leave!

I can't tell you enough how much we enjoyed our stay at this villa. It was clean, plenty of room for two adults and two teenagers, great location to resturants and grocery store, great pools and an easy 5 minute walk to the ocean. We had a hard time leaving. Would definitely recommend staying here, looking forward to coming back again soon.

Great Family getaway for Easter weekend!

The place was great! We rented the place and our 2 college girls who go to school in the Carolinas met us! We had a great time the place was clean and spacious and also centrally located to great shops and restaurants. We went to Harbor town for the golf tournament. Coco's on the beach was a great place to get some drinks and wings. I highly recommend this place!

This villa was very nice. The beach gear, toys, and cart were a great bonus. I give the villa 5 stars, but the resort 4. The inside pool had a rather disgusting item floating around and there are many places that could use some sprucing up. The boardwalk to the beach is an easy walk. The beach is very nice. The villa itself was perfect for my family of four and we loved the beachy decor.

The condo is very well appointed with everything you need for a beach vacation!

Our family of 5 truly enjoyed our stay at Hilton Head Resort. The condo is nicely decorated and had just the right set up for a family with kids. Our girls loved the beachy theme room with bunk beds and we found the master suite very comfortable. I enjoyed sipping my morning coffee on the balcony and watching the birds fly in and out over the salt mash. My kids loved the indoor and outdoor pool and we found the walk to the beach was only about 5 minutes and was always fun as we saw lots of different birds. The condo owners were very helpful and ensured we had a great vacation. We hope to return to Hilton Head again and stay in this lovely unit!

Our stay was fantastic. The owners were prompt to answer questions. The condo was clean and the view of the courtyard, board walk, and lagoon were nice. We were able to watch an alligator in the lagoon our first 2 days. We enjoyed the 10 minute walk to the beach and the wildlife. Cocos, the deli, and the store were great to have so close. We didnt have to leave the resort if we didn't want. However, ther were multiple things to do and see close by. The indoor and outdoor pools were clean and our family enjoyed the option of beach or pool. The skull creek boathouse, southern coney, and skillets are just a few options of restaurants that were good make reservations or go early. Overall we'd stay here again.

A wonderful trip.. The condo was great and very clean.. The owners were really helpful

We really enjoyed our stay.. the condo was decorated so pretty and was very clean.. We had stayed at the resort a few years ago and they provided the shuttle for us when we would call because we have a handicapped child,but the policy had changed with this you have to go to the shuttle pick up area at certain times .. This was the only thing that didn’t always work out because of the times but other then that the trip was great.. and the condo its self was great and the I had to ask the owners one question and she responded very quick and was very nice..
