This amazing two bedroom villa is a corner unit on the second floor. Completely updated throughout with a nautical theme and designer furnishings. The two balconies overlook Shelter Cove Marina - enjoy sunsets and a front row seat to the seasonal fireworks.
The living room features a large screen TV, comfortable seating and sliding doors to the balcony with harbour view. The dining room has seating for 4, a wet bar and wine chiller.
The well equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is open to the living and dining room. A breakfast bar for 2 is available for additional seating.
The master bedroom features a king bed, TV, private bathroom and balcony overlooking Shelter Cove.
The guest bedroom has two queen beds and private bathroom.
*Parking is limited to one parking spot. We are not able to order more than one parking pass per reservation. *
**Pet friendly for one dog with a non-refundable pet deposit.
**Pool is located in the Harbourside I lot.
