Two Bedroom Coastal Getaway

This tastefully decorated oceanfront villa in the heart of Palmetto Dunes has it all. The beach is just past the pool, over the dunes boardwalk. Easy access to the swimming pool, hot tub, children’s pool, sundeck and grilling area is right outside. Pickleball, tennis, golf and kayaking are a short walk or bike ride away. Enjoy the morning sunrise or take in the view of the pool and beautiful landscaped gardens from your private balcony. This first floor villa is one flight up from the covered parking area or use the convenient elevator.

You will step inside to a bright, open living space that has been thoughtfully refreshed with a new sleeper sofa for a premium stay. From the new luxury vinyl flooring to the fresh paint, every detail feels crisp and inviting. The living area features a 65” Smart TV for movie nights.

A newly renovated, fully equipped kitchen boasts stunning quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances including a new French door refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, and a breakfast bar that seats 3.

The Primary Suite is a serene sanctuary with a King-sized Nectar bed (mattress replaced in 2025), a 40” Smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a spacious tiled walk-in shower, double vanity and walk-in closet.

The guest suite is perfectly versatile with one Queen and one Twin bed, a 40” Smart TV, and direct balcony access to enjoy lush garden views the moment you wake up. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combination.

The expansive balcony features a dining set for four, a comfortable reclining chair for mid afternoon snoozes and is accessible from both the living room and the guest suite.

Good stay and a few issues

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: All good except ...1. No grills available after I was promised by phone that we would have use of grills in pool area. We had steaks, burgers, and brats and no place to grill. Why wasn't the work completed weeks earlier? Why weren't we told in advance. (Not Nice!)2. Shower is difficult to control, and we had to use toilet plunger to get it to drain. (Unpleasant.)3. The pool was only half heated ... was that in the fine print and I missed it?Good stuff: 1. Beach2. Pickleball court time3. Bikes and bike paths
