Just about everything inside is brand new. Our home is located across the street from South Forest Beach and, according to our kids, it's only 376 steps away from the sand (LOL). We are a short walk away from Coligny Plaza where you will find lots of shopping and amazing restaurants and bars, perfect for any taste or budget. Enjoy a new, state of the art, kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless appliances. Dining room features a farmhouse style table for large gatherings and is a focus point of the living space. Relax on a sectional couch while watching a football game or your favorite show on a 60" flat screen TV. Cable and high speed Wi-Fi included. Main floor also offers a half bath and front loading washer and dryer. Second floor has two bedrooms and a full size bath. One of the bedrooms has two sets of bunk beds (twin over full) that will easily sleep six kids. The other bedroom on the 2nd floor has a comfortable king size bed. Both rooms have large flat screen TVs and cable. The master bedroom is on the third floor with it's own 40" flat screen and bath, complete with double vanities set in granite counters. A large king size bed completes the setup of the master. After a long day at the beach, enjoy a relaxing swim in a large swimming pool right outside of your back door. Sip on a cocktail while watching your kids play in the water or simply enjoy the carefully manicured courtyard. Take advantage of the bike rental next door and enjoy the many bicycle paths the island has to offer. Play a round of golf on one of many premier golf courses in Hilton Head or take a trip to Savannah for the day. For shopaholics, enjoy a variety of boutiques, shopping centers and two Tanger outlet malls. Outdoor enthusiasts can enjoy a variety of fishing and endless array of water-sports. We felt the 5 star reviews were misleading given our recent experience. When we first arrived, there was an overpowering scent of air fresheners. It was enough to give everyone a headache. When we unplugged them, we found out why the condo had them. As you go up to the third floor, there was a musky stench of cat urine. In addition to the smell, there was a cockroach problem. The second floor bathroom had a dead cockroach when we first arrived. My wife and I killed 2 baby cockroaches on the third floor and there was one larger cockroach we kept seeing but couldn't kill before it hid behind a locked door in the bathroom. I wouldn't recommend staying here until the pests were exterminated and the smell remedied/not masked behind air fresheners. ##### Michael B. We rented this unit with one other family! The bunk room was perfect for the 4 kids to share, and each couple had their own room with a king bed. Great location to Coligny Plaza and straight shot walk to the beach. When we had questions, the host was very quick to reply and very helpful! We enjoyed our short stay this past weekend. The complex is small but the location is great and parking is easy. The unit was spacious and the kitchen was extremely well stocked. I greatly appreciated the fact that there were spices and other basics there. Even though you are close to everything, the unit was really quiet! Communication with the property managers was also top-notch. Two minor suggestions (1) I would recommend leaving a laundry tablet since guests are asked to throw towels in the washing machine upon checkout and start it--we had one so it wasn't an issue but could be for someone else, and (2) it would be helpful for some towels to be placed in the bathrooms ahead of time rather than in the linen closet only, so people are not caught without a towel when they need one. These didn't affect our stay but could be helpful in the future. All in all, it was a great stay, and I would definitely recommend the unit. ##### Lauren S. This property was wonderful! There was enough room for our family to spread out, the amenities were outstanding and the location can’t be beat. Everything was super clean and nicely updated. The owners take great pride in their property. From the small touches— plug in & hand soap in the bathrooms as well as beach chairs & grill— this unit truly is well appointed. We were worried about coming to HHI so early in the season but between the beach & convenient pool, it was great even the last week of March! There is a direct path to the beach via a walkway through the Sea Side Villas so it’s super close to all the action. The owner responded quickly to all inquiries, even before the VRBO app would notify me. I can’t recommend this rental enough. ##### Winnie M.
