We have engaged a local cleaning company to ensure your villa is clean and in working order when your arrive. We also have an inspector come in AFTER it is cleaned to make sure it is clean to our standards!

A welcome packet is provided approx. 30 days prior to your arrival date. Included are directions, contact information in case you need to contact us, a Palmetto Dunes Resort map and a list of restaurants/shopping.

Gorgeous view and stay

We absolutely love this condo complex, and this unit is wonderful. Clean, spacious, and a million-dollar view! The pools have all been refurbished and are wonderful. Proximity to the beach can’t be beat. We can’t wait to go back!

We had a lovey quiet getaway over the Christmas break. Location is close to Shelter Cove for restaurants and shopping. Condo had a nice view and pleanr of room for us plus my daugher and friend.

While the weather was not what we expected with tropical Debby rolling in, the owner kept us informed and did everything she could to make our stay a good one. When the weather was good, the view was amazing. We loved the serenity adult pool.

This property was so clean and spacious. Our 5th floor penthouse was perfect for our family. The pool areas were very nice and perfect for my 3 year-old granddaughter. I have no negatives. A wonderful family atmosphere with adequate parking and beautiful grounds.

The condo was in a great location on the island. The grounds and pool were beautiful. We especially enjoyed the balcony. The beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms need updating but we knew that before we arrived. The owner quickly responded to our needs. We had a wonderful stay.

Proximity to beach and pools can't be beat!

Loved this property! Perfectly located in Villamare, just steps away from the pool and beach. Loved being able to enjoy the serenity pool when my kids took a break inside. All amenities are within a very short walk, and this resort has everything we could possibly want during our vacation. LOVE all the island biking! 10/10

Palmetto Dunes is a great location in the center of everything. This unit has a wonderful view of the pool and the ocean. The kitchen is well stocked although we didn't use it much! The beds were comfortable and there's plenty of room in each bedroom to move around. Both bedrooms had a balcony which is nice.

Great Place

View was just as advertised!! With it being on the 5th Floor, make sure you are OK with taking the stairs. There is an elevator, but it was busy most of the time and we chose to take the stairs to avoid the wait. View was worth it. Beach access was fantastic and the pool and hot tub were very nice as well. Palmetto Dunes area is very nice with easy access to all the stores that you will need!! Will definitely be coming back!!

Great Experience

The overall facility was very clean. The view was absolutely fantastic with great access to the beach!! The rooms were spacious, except the shower in the 2nd bedroom. I will definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend this facility. The only small issue was the elevator was slow. While it didn’t present a major problem because it was off season, but I am sure it will in peak season. OVERALL: A great place to stay.

The view was amazing…simple to get to the beach, and the grounds are stunning with fresh vegetation and flowers. A cup of coffee on the master balcony was the perfect way to start the day. The pool was being removed during our stay, and even with construction noise, it was awesome. At the beach, no noise was heard, and the view of the ocean made the construction fence bearable and still lovely. Carolyn was more accommodating to us in every way. We knew we would be driving in very late on the check in night and she provided all the back up info we needed to make it simple. We even added a day to our stay and she made all the adjustments very quickly and with such kindness. Chairs and umbrellas can be ordered for your use, but this unit came with 4 very nice chairs and a paddle beach game for use, so take them up in the offer. The unit was also very well stocked with dishwashing soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap and toilet papa et, which is so nice to not have to purchase onsite. Lastly, the availability of an ice machine in the complex was perfect for each days beach cooler. Would definitely return. My only comment is about the weird large soaking tubs in the two bedrooms and the small showers and toilet rooms. An update would make this place perfect.
