However the broken box spring upon our arrival was very disappointing and unacceptable, making for a miserable night, but grateful that Bob on a Sunday morning replaced it. Also, the balcony furniture was rusty and needs replaced. Know the nonstick cookware did not have appropriate accompanying utensils, but metal instead. ##### Allen S. Booked this unit in the familiar Seaside Villas based on the description. When we arrived, we were disappointed to find the unit’s furnishings were old and ratty. The bed - OMG - a disaster. Noisy, old, frame falling apart and slamming against the wall with every turn. The bedspread was disgusting. White “stains” on it that I didn’t want to know what they were. Balled it up and put it in the closet. Even the walls in the bedroom had dust on them. The toilet barely flushed requiring multiple flushes for the simplest waste to finally go down the drain. The couch in the living area is threadbare and the throw pillows have stains on them. There are much nicer units than this at Seaside Villas. ##### Vinca R. The room was very small , beds were in bad shape , ( disgusting mattress cover on pullout bed ) air conditioner had trouble getting the master room cool, kitchen was well supplied, overall a nice stay , any more than 3 people, good luck !
