Living space

The open-concept living area is where mornings and evenings both feel easy. Sink into the plush seating, flip on the smart TV, and take in the soft blues and sandy neutrals that echo the coastline just beyond your door. Big windows keep the space bright and airy throughout the day.



Sleeping arrangements

The master suite is a quiet retreat with a king-sized bed and its own private en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom flexes to fit different travel groups, with a queen and a twin bed. A queen sofa pullout adds extra sleeping space when your group needs it. Premium linens and thoughtful touches carry through every room.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for real cooking, not just reheating - stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a dishwasher, stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, and a dining table for gathering everyone together after a day outside.



Bathroom

The bathroom includes a bathtub, hair dryer, hot water, and cleaning products on hand for your stay.



Outdoors

Your private deck is built for lingering - morning coffee, an evening cocktail, or grilling up the day's fresh catch, all with a front-row seat to island air.



Location

Palmetto Dunes puts you inside a gated resort with an 11-mile lagoon for canoeing and kayaking, three championship golf courses, a Toptracer golf range about a two-minute walk away, tennis and pickleball courts, and access to five community pools, two of which are just steps from the villa. A short stroll brings you to the beach, and dining, shopping, and entertainment are only minutes away. Pets are welcome (2 max, additional fee applies), and with resort access built into your stay, everything from golf to the lagoon to the sand is within easy reach.



PROPERTY SPECIFIC DETAILS:



* Palmetto Dunes is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $45. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

* Dog Friendly - 2 dog max. $200 non-refundable fee for first dog, with an additional $150 for each extra dog. Dogs are not permitted on the furniture and must be crated if left alone. Please do not leave furry friends alone outside, as we have wildlife that they should not encounter.

* Queens Grant Pools are open from April 1st - October 1st.

* Free access to The Dunes Buggy transportation which provides courtesy transportation within Palmetto Dunes, Leamington, and Shelter Cove mid-March through mid-September. This on-demand service dispatches vehicles on a first-come, first-serve basis!

Palmetto Dunes is an oceanfront resort and the ultimate vacation destination. An 11-mile lagoon provides a leisurely day of canoeing or kayaking. Golf, tennis, biking & more! This is a gated community.



Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! There are free trolley stops at various locations throughout the island.



Palmetto Dunes Buggy Service

Free shuttle service. The Palmetto Dunes Buggy service provides complimentary transportation within the Palmetto Dunes Resort and Shelter Cove Harbor. Don't worry about renting a car or spending money on getting to and from all the amenities and things to do at Palmetto Dunes.



The shuttle service will take you to the beach, golf courses, restaurants, shops, and tennis courts at Palmetto Dunes. It will also bring you to Shelter Cove Harbour, Towne Center, and the Plaza. This area is bustling and offers plenty of activities and things to do just off-site.



The Palmetto Dunes Buggy service is available seasonally from April to September. Each van is dispatched on a first-come, first serve basis by request. Typically vans arrive within 10 minutes of a call.
