The newly renovated "chef's" kitchen is complete with a huge island and is stocked with all the cookware you need for any and all meals you wish to prepare. There is plenty of open pantry space to store snacks and drinks with additional pantry space across from the elevator. All levels of this home have been recently transformed to a bright beachy feel with fresh paint and accent walls, to all new beds, mattresses, pillows, linens and more! Although we had 12 people staying in the home it never felt crowded. It is well stocked for a large group. Bedrooms(8) were just right for our group. TVs worked without a hitch( a must to watch the hockey (playoffs). BBQ worked perfectly. Only one glitch...the hot tub had a heating issue that required a part that could not be installed for our week. We choose a different beach each year and span 4 generations. This house was fantastic and newly renovated. Short walk to beautiful Hilton Head beach. I would definitely recommend this property. Loved all the pool and beach toys plus chairs and buggies being available. We brought electric scooters and these were a huge hit around the greenways of Hilton Head. ##### Stuart C. We had 8 adults and 5 kids. Beds were comfortable. Every person or couple had their own bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed. We grilled multiple times and the kids loved the pool. The location is very close to the beach and 2 wagons helped us bring all the stuff we needed to the beach. The game room was fun too. The owners were great! The house was beautiful. Very clean, well appointed, really nice furnishings. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very spacious. The beds were very comfortable. All of the bathrooms have been updated and are very luxurious. The kitchen, dining area and living room is a nice open space where we spent a lot of our time playing board games and talking. We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our large family. Clean, neat and decorated great. A majority of the time was spent in the pool playing with our granddaughters. We did pay the additional to heat the pool and spa and was well worth it. Very comfortable for the little ones. Easy walk to the beach. The kitchen is always a gathering spot. We had visited Hilton Head before, but we loved this property. There was space for everyone. The beach truly is steps away. We have a toddler and several young children in the group. Makes it much easier when everyone can come and go as they need. A huge bonus was a park across the street. It has a big field to play in as well as playground equipment and pickle ball courts. I would definitely recommend this property. The owners were great to work with and could be easily reached by text or email. We mostly cook in now, but we did visit a fun family restaurant the last night. The kitchen is well equipped for a crowd. Beds were comfortable. I would highly recommend renting this property (and we have rented a lot)! We also rented bikes. It is a very easy process. ##### Elizabeth F. The home is close to the beach, has a great pool and hot tub, and generous bed/bath accomodations.
