The only issue we experienced is that the trash bin outside was completely full from the previous renters and doesn’t get emptied until Tuesday. Raccoons pull the trash out nightly. Of no reflection on the owner’s, we decided Sea Pines isn’t for us. We have small children and accessing the beach was a hassle. We had a wagon, cooler, chairs, shade. You have to pack all that up to drive to the trolley station. Wait for a trolley, load it on, unload it at the beach lot and the same for the return. The trolley runs every 30 minutes. A thunderstorm came and you can’t easily leave due to this set-up. No beach gear is included, so factor in the cost of buying or renting. As for the condo itself, it was a pleasant stay.
