Direct Oceanfront - 2nd floor. Breathtaking Views. Our Family has been vacationing on Hilton Head Island for over 20 years. Over those years we have created unforgettable memories such as fishing, dolphin watching, walking /bike riding to many spectacular places. A great place to relax and enjoy the views of the awesome beach. We have stayed at the Breakers units on many occasions. It is by far one of our favorite places to stay when vacationing here. What makes the Breaker’s Villas different than others is the close proximity to dining, shopping, entertainment, and the beach. A few short steps across the parking area you will find fabulous restaurants and shopping, and a few short steps the other way in the opposite direction you will step into beautiful waters of the Atlantic ocean. After many years, the opportunity presented itself for our family to purchase one of these oceanfront villas. We could not walk away from the chance to make one of these our own. Our villa at 236 Breakers is located on the second floor and the view of the ocean is completely Breathtaking. There have been few experiences in our life that compare to our family vacations at this beach! We invite you and your family to visit and create your own memories. We can facilitate weekly and monthly rentals. (Snowbirds are welcome with great discounts). We will try to accommodate any reasonable request. We offer a 25% discount for monthly rentals. However, only weekly rentals are accepted from the first of March through the end of October. All other rental requests will be considered so don't hesitate to ask. We take great pride and care to ensure your stay in our villa will be an enjoyable one. So after you've scrolled through them, you should need to look no further. It is clean, well equipped, and perfect for walking the beach again, and again, and again! As a second story unit, you have a great view out to the ocean and the beach. Additionally, with a gated beach walkway, there is an extra level of security and privacy. Parking was never an issue with a private lot and a security station. It is convenient to walk to the grocery store, restaurants, etc. However, a short drive will broaden your horizons for restaurants and a "must visit" bakery, The Hilton Head Social Bakery. Great view of the beach and quiet despite being tucked into a busy area. The condo has all the necessities you would expect along with being clean and up to date. The condo was very clean and the owner very responsive. It is a bit small, but the view was worth it!!!! we could see and hear the ocean. Ocean front with a beautiful view. Just steps from the pool, which was well well maintained, and beach access. Beach chairs available at the condo were great for sitting at the beach.
