Beachside Retreat - Gated Condo w/ Pool, Tennis, Pickleball; Steps to the Beach

Welcome to our home away from home. We want to ensure that our guests enjoy all the comforts of home plus some more. When coming to HHI, there are a couple things that separate one vacation home from another - proximity to the beach and amenities. We are across the street from the beach access (less than a 5 minute walk) without the beachfront high pricing. We also know the struggles of travelling to and from the beach so we provide 4 beach chairs, a beach buggy and even some beach toys so you don't have to pack these when coming to HHI. If you want to try a game of tennis on our private courts, we even have racquets for you to use.

You'll open the door to a nicely decorated home. You will find an updated kitchen with all the conveniences you'd expect in the kitchen. Our flooring has just been updated along with new furnishings throughout. We know you'll enjoy the balconies off the family room and the master bedroom overlooking the courtyard and front gardens.

The bedrooms are all freshly furnished. Our twin bedrooms have 2 twin beds, a large dresser, nightstand and a 37' flat panel LCD TV. Our guest bedroom has a queen bed with a large dresser, nightstand and a 37' flat panel LCD TV. Both of these rooms may use the 2 bathrooms, a large full bath and a large 1/2 bath.

Our master bedroom is paradise. With a full queen bedroom furniture suite and a 37' flat panel LCD TV, you'll never want to leave the room. The master bathroom has been remodeled to include a state of the art shower, complete with spa, rainfall and hand shower sprayers.

Our living room also is completely furnished, contains a 43' flat panel TV and looks out on a peaceful lagoon with a fountain. You can sit on the balcony and relax listening to the subtle splashes of water.

Because we are an end unit, we have plenty of light in our Condo. There are 3 balconies in total, with the main one off the living room. The master has their own private balcony and a shorter balcony is also off the kitchen area.

Wireless Internet is always up and available for your use only in our condo and a passcode is provided. We also provide you with ROKU so if you desire to watch Netflix, Amazon, or other services, you may sign on with your accounts.

It's very important that you understand the care we take in ensuring that our guests have a fantastic stay. We are continually upgrading our condo. Regularly we are replacing all our pillows, comforters, beach chairs. We deep clean our condo regularly and have our carpets shampooed both in the spring and fall. In fall of 2023, we upgraded all our living room furniture and some of the beds and in 2024 we replaced all our master bedroom furniture, mattresses and flooring.

We hope you appreciate the care we put into making sure your family has a fantastic vacation without any worries.

Highly recommend - Close to the beach

Highly recommend. Great location that is close to the beach access and Coligny Plaza. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked for cooking. There were beach chairs and tennis equipment and games and puzzles for rainy days. We loved spending the evenings on the living room balcony.

Relaxing Coastal Retreat

I had an amazing stay at this property. The place is beautifully decorated and very welcoming. The living room was cozy and the balcony overlooking the lagoon was perfect for relaxing. The shower in the master bath felt like a spa experience. Internet was fast and we loved having ROKU to watch our favorite shows. It was clear the owners put a lot of thought into every detail, from the comfy beds to stocking beach necessities. Overall, I highly recommend this condo for a worry-free vacation.

Fall Break Getaway

My family and I have not been to a beach in several years and have never been to HHI. The condo was exactly as described and as pictures shown. However, if I owned one of the condos at Xanadu, I would ask maintenance to update the inside foyer from the 'bright white' walls to something more calming (beach blues, turquoise, sandy). The beach was a little more crowded than we are used to, but it is also one of the cleanest beaches that we have ever visited. We were close to the Coligny Park entrance which was wonderful for my handicap mother/father. The beach access point close to the condo was great also! If I had to pick anything that I would recommend providing future renters would be maybe pamphlets, guides to the area. Especially if you are going to the Harbor, which requires an 'entry fee' to the Plantation of $9 each day. We were totally lost the first couple of days and would end up going through the Plantation entrances only to have to turn around (yes we were using GPS-LOL). A plus, were the courtesy golf cart trolleys near Coligny Park. We used those several times. No fee required, just tips. We had a wonderful trip and made many lasting memories!!

Excellent place in a great location

We had a great time! The owner was excellent with communicating before and during the stay. The unit was perfect for our group of five. It was spacious, clean and well decorated. The location was great with the beach access walkway right across the street and an easy walk or bike ride to the shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza. The unit is on the second floor with easy access to the entrance and pool area. The view of the lagoon and pool was great. The closet of beach chairs, toys, a wagon, beach umbrellas and tennis racquets was an added bonus! The laundry area was conveniently located a few doors down the hallway close to the unit. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!

We stayed a week and it was great. Easy and quick walk to the beach. Condo has a wagon, umbrellas, chairs, etc which was very helpful. Location is close to all the main establishments, so is in a great spot. Will definitely plan to stay here again.

We loved the location of the condo, with a 10 min walk to the beach! Very spacious bedrooms. Loved the shower in the master bedroom. Lots of beach supplies( chairs, umbrella, wagon and beach toys if you have little ones. We really liked sitting out on the balcony that overlooks the pool.

Perfect Location

The unit was perfect to accommodate my family and father-in-law. Furnishings were comfortable and tasteful. Loved that we just crossed the street to walk and stay on the beach and Coligny Plaza for groceries, shopping, and casual dining out. Highly recommend this unit!

Awesome Fall Break

Above and beyond expectations... the condo even impressed Grandpa. The cleanest and freshest air means you will sleep better than ever on vacation. Everything as advertised, the condo was spot on. We had beach chairs rented right near the path and had bikes delivered by Riding Tigers Bikes with a discount from the property manager. It was a perfect fall break.

This was our first experience staying in a place besides a hotel and our first experience at Hilton Head. We were very pleased with the condo. It was very clean and our family of 5 slept comfortably here. The unit is very quiet and family friendly. My kids enjoyed the small pool and the short walk across the road to the beach. This condo is right in the heart of everything. We rented bikes and rode to Coligny Plaza and to the beach easily. We will certainly be returning. Thank you for a relaxing, pleasant vacation.
