Experience ultimate relaxation in this top-floor, oceanfront end unit where the Atlantic is your backdrop. Begin your mornings with a private sunrise over the waves and wind down with shaded afternoon cocktails on your balcony, cooled by the natural sea breeze. A clever mirrored wall brings the ocean right into your living room, creating a seamless "all-around" water view.

Modern features include stainless appliances, a new designer sofa (2022), and a custom pub-height deck table perfect for beach-watching.

The primary suite offers a queen bed, while charming built-in hall bunks are a hit with the kids.

Perfectly situated within walking distance to the shops, dining, and vibrant energy of Coligny Plaza—the heart of Hilton Head.

The villa is located in the Sea Side Villa complex with gated parking available to property guests. To ensure that all guests have a safe and relaxing stay, there are two new rules for Sea Side Villas guests in 2026.

1) Smoking and Vaping is only permitted in the designated area near the garbage dumpster in the front of the building. Smoking and Vaping are not permitted on the balcony.

2) The charging of E-Bikes and E-Cars is not permitted on the property. Sea Side Villa will charge a $500 fine for violations.

This was our 4th year in a row with a 2 week stay, and it was excellent. Unit is end unit so it's very private, and like it says it has million dollar views - for both sunrise and sunset. Plus it's conveniently located within walking distance to Coligny Plaza, which has lots of shops/restaurants/bars, plus a grocery store and liquor store. Highly recommend renting this unit!

If you want to be right off of the beach, with a fairly private balcony and great views, this is it. The condo is clean, with some rough edges though. Any shortcomings are made up for with the location, great parking and easy beach access.
