The Space:

Tucked beneath a canopy of Spanish moss-draped live oaks in Sea Pines, 89 Baynard Cove puts you minutes from Hilton Head's best by bike - beach paths, Harbour Town, waterfront dining, and championship golf are all within easy reach. The backyard alone is worth the stay: a private heated pool (optional), fire pit, grassy yard, and shaded lounge seating come together in one of the most functional outdoor setups you'll find on the island.

 

Inside the home

Bright, open living areas flow naturally from the living room through to the dining space and kitchen, with skylights and large windows filling the interior with Carolina light throughout the day. The layout is built for groups - there's plenty of room to spread out after a day at the beach or on the course, and the open floor plan keeps everyone connected without feeling crowded. A dedicated workspace is available for anyone who needs it.

 

Kitchen and dining

The fully equipped kitchen features a large island, ample prep space, and everything needed to cook meals at home - refrigerator, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a full set of cookware, dishes, and utensils. Barbecue utensils are also on hand for grill nights out back.

 

The Carolina room

Just off the main living area, the Carolina room offers a warm, separate flex space with wood accents and backyard views. It works equally well as a lounge, a remote workspace, or a kids' retreat - and the queen sleeper sofa gives the space its own private fourth sleeping option when you need it.

 

Sleeping arrangements

The home offers three en-suite bedrooms and the Carolina room as a fourth sleeping space. The primary suite features a king bed with its own en-suite bathroom. Bedroom two has a queen bed with a private en-suite. Bedroom three includes two full beds and an en-suite bathroom. The Carolina room sleeps one additional couple on a queen sleeper sofa, making the home comfortably suited for up to 9 guests.

 

Outdoor living

The backyard is a standout feature. Set beneath mature live oaks, it offers natural shade, real privacy, and plenty of room for families and groups to settle in throughout the day. The private pool sits center stage, with optional heating available for cooler days. Lounge seating in both sun and shade, a grassy yard for games, a back deck with a Weber grill, and a fire pit for evenings round out an outdoor setup that genuinely earns its keep.

 

Location

Sea Pines sits at the south end of Hilton Head Island, and 89 Baynard Cove sits comfortably within it - steps from Harbour Town Golf Links and a short, shaded bike ride to the beach. Harbour Town Marina, restaurants, and shops are just minutes away, and the Sea Pines trail network puts tennis, South Beach Marina, and additional golf all within easy biking distance. Parking is available for up to five vehicles.

Sea Pines is a gated community in which every vehicle must have a gate pass for entry. One gate pass is included with your reservation at the time of booking. If you require additional passes, please request the exact number needed to ensure they are prepared in advance. Each pass has a fee of $35. All gate passes must be picked up at the host2coast office prior to entry.

Access codes are provided just prior to your arrival and auto-generated for each booking. You can also find your code in our Guest App. Keyless entry, no contact check-in and checkout.

Getting Around:

Biking is very popular on Hilton Head Island, known for the many award-winning trails. There are recommendations for bike rental companies within your Guest App. You can reserve in advance and they will deliver to you or bring your own! Almost everything you will need is within walking distance, so bring your walking shoes! Sea Pines provides a complimentary seasonal trolley service that helps guests and residents travel around the resort without using a car. The trolley connects major destinations such as Harbour Town, the Sea Pines Beach Club, South Beach Marina, and The Shops at Sea Pines Center, making it easy to access beaches, dining, and shopping throughout the community.
