Newly renovated in March 2026 and completely redesigned from floor to ceilings, enjoy our wide ocean view from our top floor Ocean Villa, with convenient proximity to the building's only lift.

Wake up to sunrise over the Atlantic, grab coffee on your private balcony, and walk to the beach in under two minutes. Spend the afternoon at Hilton Head’s largest oceanfront pool before ending the day with dinner and live music just steps from your condo.

Our resort offers 2 restaurants, 10 lighted tennis courts, 12 pickleball courts, bike rentals, a fitness centre, and a children's playground.

Our newly renovated beachfront condo is the perfect cosy place to make memories and enjoy the beach, and we have appointed it just for this purpose.

Enjoy the coastal comforts of our master queen sized bed, 2 bunk beds (best suited for kids under 16), and a pull-out sofa queen bed. We also have a queen sized inflatable air mattress and a pack-n-play available in the bedroom closet.

The kitchen is completely new- complete with quartz worktops, all new appliances, and new soft close shaker cabinets. It's stocked with a new Keurig coffee machine + a conventional drip coffee machine, a tea kettle, new cook & bakeware, and all the utensils you will need to make a nice meal for your group. A crock pot, toaster, and blender are also all available.

High-speed secure wifi is throughout the unit, with a smart TV in the living room and bedroom. We also have multiple board & card games for the whole family to enjoy.

Enjoy the sunrise over the ocean with your morning coffee on our outdoor lanai seating, with a rare wide ocean view. Our free beach accommodation include beach chairs, a beach umbrella, and beach wagon for your convenience.

The resort provides 24 hour security guards and property surveillance. The cost of your stay includes a parking pass for 1 vehicle. Note that the resort charges $35 for each additional car that guests may have during their stay. Just let us know ahead of time and we can arrange for more vehicles if needed.

We provide a starter pack of soaps, shampoos and conditioners, as well as detergent for both dishwasher and laundry. Our hope is that these amenities will get you by so you are able to experience a painless check-in before heading to the store to pick up your own personal items for your stay.
