We have Central Air and heat System in our condo, not every condo in this complex does. Most just have a wall air unit in the living room. The Seaside Villa complex is located oceanfront, the beach is just out the door. You can sit on the deck and enjoy beautiful Ocean vistas.

Located between Holiday Inn and the back entrance to Sea Pines, this complex is in the Hilton Head South Forest Beach area. This gated beachfront complex is one of Hilton Head Island's most convenient. From Pope Avenue to Coligny Circle the first right is South Forest Beach Drive. Seaside Villas are within walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores, miniature golf, a water slide, miles and miles of bike paths, family recreation, and shopping galore.

Days at the Beach
There will be days when you do not need your vehicle, and it will stay under the covered parking. This complex has elevators, and is comprised of one bed room ocean view and ocean front units which have some of the Hilton Heads best beach views. For guest enjoyment the complex has two private swimming pools, picnic and grill area, also oceanfront sun deck.

This condo is in the perfect spot.. easy to get anywhere…clean.. comfortable..and the view is amazing!! You even get some wild life visiting.. deer and bunnies.

An updated condo with a spectacular view

My wife and I would highly recommend this condo. We found it to be clean and updated. It was relaxing and enjoyable to eat breakfast on the balcony and take in the view of the ocean and the beach. The property manager quickly answered questions. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return.

Great Location!

The condo is a great size and location for a couple. The bed is really comfy and the bathroom and shower are well appointed. Really enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking out at the ocean. The ice maker worked really well, which was great for our grown-up drinks! The AC also works really well. The complex is dated, and the condo was a bit musty, which is normal for being by the beach. A bottle of Febreeze freshened everything up and we didn't notice again! Overall, we had a very nice time!

Great Condo!

This was our second time at Sea Side Villas but first time at this condo. The condo was super clean when we got there and the view was amazing! The location of the complex is in a great location! Close to restaurants and shops! The only minor thing we ran into was there was no broom in the condo that we could find. My husband had to go out and buy one so that we could sweep throughout the week and when we left. Overall, we would definitely stay at this condo again.

The perfect setting for me and my daughter (21) to spend quality time together. The most fabulous sunrise I’ve ever seen! Location, location, location!!!! Now I know I have to get a condo on the ocean! TV’s need better instructions and remote needs new batteries. I’d also suggest leaving parking pass on table. But all great and thank you!
