Unit A125 is facing directly towards the Ocean on 1st Floor offering Dune Views...along with being one of the closest condos to the Beach. Boardwalk is right there for you. 50 yards to the Sand and Ocean. Views are of the Nature and Island Dunes. No better way to wake up in the morning and to Look and Sip at the views this Couples Cottage Retreat has to offer. Best yet it is just 75 yards to Sand and Surf. Please come and enjoy everything that this condo has to offer you and your loved one during your Couples Retreat Perfect location, luxury décor, high end appliances, and the view is stunning. This is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Ocean Villa . Unit A125 is a first floor luxury style condo located at Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort (a full amenity Oceanfront Resort) which means, no car, no driving needed to get to the beach. Unit was completely remodeled and professionally decorated 2 years ago and still maintains a style like no other condo within the resort. The Bedroom offers a King Size Bed, flat screen TV that folds down from the ceiling! The bathroom has a full stand-up shower with rainfall shower head, marble sink with separate vanity. The Kitchen has full-sized stainless-steel appliances including; Fridge, Dishwasher, Stove & Oven, Microwave, and a beautiful farm style sink & Keurig for Coffee. Living Room has a leather Sofa that has full reclining seats!! A Flat Screen Smart TV. Views from the balcony offer sunrise, coffee and spectacular views. \--------------------------- SUPPLIED: \*Towels are provided for your stay. There are 2 sets for the Bedroom. Each set consists of 2 Bath Towels, 1 Hand Towel and 1 Washcloth. There is no towel or linen service being delivered each day.
