This stylish and comfortable space is perfect for a relaxing getaway, offering convenience, comfort, and easy access to the island’s top attractions. Sunshine, surf, and serenity—everything you need for the perfect beach retreat! Step into a bright and inviting living space designed for comfort and relaxation. The living room offers plush seating, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. A fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the essentials makes cooking at home a breeze. The bedroom provides a cozy retreat with a king-sized bed and ample closet space, while the updated bathroom features modern, sleek finishes. Long-term renters and snowbirds are welcome—ask us for details! Please note, this calm community prefers families and quiet renters. Please note that pets are no longer allowed for reservations made from June 27 onwards. However, if your reservation was made before June 27 and includes pets, we will still accommodate them. An additional cleaning fee of $175.00 per pet will apply. Gym is not available on the property. Book your stay today and enjoy Hilton Head at its best. Any applicable parking fees are NOT included in the displayed rate. Additional fees must be paid in full within 24 hours of booking or the reservation will be canceled. Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee. Plates, cups, bowls, pots, and pans are provided during your stay.
