Beautiful recently remodeled Coligny Villa condo! Ground floor villa located blocks from the beach. Spacious 2 bedroom 1.5 bathroom with plenty of room to stretch out and relax. The villa is fully furnished with everything that you'll need for the perfect vacation. You're steps from Coligny Plaza with dozens of great restaurants, entertainment, shops and grocery store. Park your car for the duration of your trip walk to everything you'll need. Inside, this beautiful 2-bedroom you'll find everything you need to accommodate up to 6 guests comfortably with 2 queen beds and a queen pull-out sofa. The full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and granite counter-tops, allows for convenient meal preparation for you and your guests. A washer/dryer in the condo, WIFI, and smart TV's. The master bedroom had queen size bed, while the secondary bedroom offers queen bed. An additional pull-out queen couch is found in the living room. For your convenience, we provide a beach buggy, chairs, and an umbrella for your leisure by the shore. As a thoughtful touch, starter packs are provided with essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, soap, dishwasher detergent, and a few snacks. Parking is a breeze with free space available right outside the front door. Please note that pets are not allowed, and reservations must be made by individuals 25 years of age or older. We had an issue with the back slider door on day one coming off the track. Contacted the host thru email and did not get a reply back. Had to call him on his phone. He sent someone to look at it and they got it to open and close a little easier, but then it was not able to lock and there was a big gap in the bottom of the door where anything could of crawled in. The next morning, we went to open the door and the whole glass panel came out of the frame. Again we contacted the host and he sent someone to secure the door but we were not able to use it all week (the door to our patio). Thankfully we were an end unit and there was a slider on the side that we were able to use, but it opened up into trees and brush that we had to walk through. I contacted the host again about being compensated for this inconvenience and was very surprised at what they wanted to offer me as a compensation. I understand unforeseen things happen but when you pay thousand of dollars for a weeks vacation you expect it to be nice. We are just thankful that the door came off the track and the glass started falling out of the frame when an adult was opening that door and not a little child. It was a little disappointing we couldn't really use our patio off the living room because of the broken slider. A little disappointed with the way things were handled. ##### Karyn A.
