Unfortunately, this stay was disappointing and did not meet our expectations. Upon arrival, we found the coat rack lying on the floor, which immediately raised concerns about the upkeep of the property. We also discovered old coffee grounds left in the coffee maker that had developed mold, stained pillowcases that required washing before use, and a fitted sheet so stretched out that it would not stay on the bed properly.The most significant issue was that the air conditioning did not work. We contacted Dwell the following day around 4:30 p.m. after returning from the beach and realizing the unit was not cooling. It took multiple phone calls to get assistance, and at one point, our calls were disconnected several times. Finally an HVAC technician was dispatched. The technician arrived around 9:00 p.m. and discovered the system had two filters installed and that the coil was completely clogged. He explained that there should only have been one filter. We then had to wait additional time for approval for the coil cleaning before the repair could be completed.Although the property manager mentioned we would receive compensation. She has not responded to any of my texts, despite multiple text messages. The experience did not meet our expectations, and we will not rent from Dwell Vacations by Casado again
