Villa 505 is located in Shipyard Regime near the center of the island -- 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to Coligny Park and Square, 10 minutes to Shelter Cove -- central to the greatest restaurants and shopping the island has to offer. A lovely island home: 505 features open concept architecture with a dramatic entry staircase, beautiful walls of glass, and three spacious king bedrooms with en suite private baths. Every room has been updated, renovated, and improved with up to date appliances and wifi, new LVT floors, paint, mouldings, and high end furnishings. You'll enter the villa through a generously proportioned front veranda into a gracious foyer with a convenient drop zone for sandy chairs and bags of clubs. The open concept main floor is anchored by a spectacular mid-century modern double staircase. This level glows with natural light -- four 8' patio doors and window walls plus a skylight provide light, bright, cheerful illumination throughout. The kitchen features updated appliances, full-size range, microwave, fridge and dishwasher so your meal prep is easy and fun. And the granite counters and bar are surrounded with leather-topped bar stools inviting friends and family to gather and enjoy. Dining is convenient outdoors on the private porch set for 6 overlooking the lagoon and fountain. Or if the weather's inclement, there is a beautiful mahogany dining table that faces the same view. Whether you're catching up with family, watching the ballgame with your friends, or enjoying music and telling big stories, the den is the place to be. We actually saw deer on the beach at dusk. The house was comfortable for the 6 adults in our group. Convenient to the pool and tennis court. Beach parking can be a challenge and the Shipyard shuttle was another convenience for transportation to and from the Shipyard beach access. The home is the perfect size for our family with three large bedrooms and has tons of upgrades. It is also well furnished with everything we needed. The location was great, close to the beach and shopping. The owners were great throughout the whole process and were very responsive to all of our questions. The property was very well maintained! It was very clean and in a great location to everywhere on the island. Having a bathroom in each room was great. Communication with the host was very fast and she was very nice! The condo was so pretty and spacious for all of us. It is convenient to Coligny and locations north of Shipyard. We play pickleball so enjoyed daily play. Plenty of room to spread out in the condo.
