Beautiful villa! 5 minute walk to beach, tennis, golf and more!

  • Professionally designed and decorated, this villa looks like it came out of a magazine!

    The kitchen features custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances and quartz countertops. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and comfortably seats six. The living room continues the wonderful beach-contemporary theme presented throughout this large villa. The living room has a sectional sofa, side chair and a large Smart TV. As part of the living area, there is a half bath for guests to use.

    Completing the first floor is the primary bedroom with its king bed, Smart TV and en-suite primary bathroom. The primary bathroom looks fantastic with its custom-tiled walk-in shower.

    Heading upstairs there is a landing with a daybed and wall-mounted Smart TV. The first guest bedroom features a king bed along with a set of twin bunk beds, Smart TV and an en-suite guest bathroom. The guest bathroom has a custom-tiled tub and shower combination. The second guest bedroom has two queen beds, Smart TV and its own en-suite guest bathroom. This second guest bathroom also features a custom-tiled tub and shower combination.

    Outside you'll enjoy your own private deck with an outdoor dining table along with your own propane grill. Enjoy sweeping views of the Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, a championship golf course!

    The beach can be easily accessed by a short walk or by calling the seasonal, on-call Palmetto Dunes Buggy. The Robert Trent Jones clubhouse, Palmetto Dunes Tennis Center, Alexander's Restaurant, General Store and Big Jim's Restaurant are all walking distance as well!

This was a get away with my sisters and adult niece. The property was perfect for 4 adult women, with plenty of beds and baths. Very nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. We were a short walk from the beach and had a nice deck with golf views. Lovely and comfortable. Highly recommend

Perfect Getaway

Home was beautiful, clean, and just as seen in photographs! AC was having some issues during stay but the resort front desk came out same day to fix it. Quick walk to beach and close pool access! Definitely kid friendly as well!

Villa was beautiful, beds were super comfortable and the loft upstairs was great for the kids when they wanted to watch tv or a movie! The villa is right on the golf course so the view was really nice. Carrie was very responsive whenever we had a question! Great stay!

This was our third year on the island and this was so far the best place we have stayed. The location of this home was perfect. We had small children in the group and the walk to the beach was was short and easy. The home was large and stocked with everything we needed.

Beautiful villa - excellent location!

We flew down to Hilton Head for a quick vacation to celebrate my son's graduation and have a celebratory dinner at his favorite restaurant. The villa was perfect for our family of 6; it was very clean, had everything we needed, and communication was excellent. We could walk to the beach and the general store (great breakfast spot). Would come again!

Everything was easily accessible, and it was a lovely unit. Only wish there were a wider variety of cleaning supplies available. Had to shop for supplies to keep the unit clean. Beach was beautiful...beach cart and chairs an extra plus ...beds comfortable. Would highly recommend

Beautiful condo in a perfect location

Condo was perfect for our family trip. My husband and I and sons families of 4 each. Beautiful decorated and had everything you needed. Walking distance to everything in a beautiful community. 5 minute drive to great seafood, shopping, putt putt. You could stay there and never have to leave the grounds. Only downside was we could not stay longer.

Hilton Head golf trip

My husband and I had a great time on our golf trip to HHI. We golfed several days, enjoyed the VRBO and surrounding property, and spent time on the beach. This townhome was sparkling clean, aesthetically pleasing, comfortable, and well-stocked (beach stuff included) . The property owner was an excellent communicator--clear and responsive.

Great for Girls' Trip

We enjoyed our stay in this condo, which was perfect for 6 ladies because there were plenty of bedrooms and enough bathrooms when we were all getting ready to go out. A very minor maintenance issue was handled immediately. Lovely location if you don't mind walking to the beach. Condo was very clean and we also enjoyed the pool several times.

The area is great! Close to the beach and pool! The bedrooms were roomy and the beds were really comfortable! The condo however was pretty small for our group and a little “tired” The kitchen could use some organization (like a silverware tray?) Many of the outlets didn’t work. We called maintenance and they came out and fixed some, however after the call, my daughter’s phone charger caught fire. The tv in the master didn’t work but maintenance said they didn’t service TVs. Fortunately, we were at the beach enjoying the area most of the time so the issues were not enough to ruin our stay.

Great layout for our family of 9. (8 adults, 1 child) Superb kitchen, laundry/pantry area. Lots of pool and beach gear were available. Nice decor, comfy beds. Amazing communication. AC stopped working and host immediately sent someone out to check it out and replace. Few minute walk to the beach. Just a great place all around. Beautiful property. Carrie was accesible and helpful when i could not get in. Everything is located close by. I enjoyed our time there. The wild life was active so I had deer running the golf course snd squirrels peeking in. I never made it to the beach....so a rebook is in order. Thank you!

A Little Piece of Paradise

This lovely home sits on the 18th tee of a beautiful golf course and, the very first night we were there, we were visited by five deer right on the fairway! The home is well appointed with adequate linens and appreciated toiletries, making it unnecessary to bring shampoo, body wash, etc. The spectacular beach really is only a five minute walk away and we spent quite a bit of time there. The wagon and beach chairs came in very handy as well. Carrie was very helpful and quickly responded to my queries. We would highly recommend this property to anyone.
