Beautiful Palmetto Dunes 3 BR Villa, Overlooks Golf Course and Walk To Beach

Welcome!! Come relax and unwind in the desirable gated community of Palmetto Dunes, on beautiful Hilton Head Island. This villa is a two story end unit, and is situated in a quiet secluded area. It is very clean and has been recently updated throughout. It offers 3 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a new kitchen with stainless steel appliances.

The first floor offers a great room, a large master suite, a separate half bath off of the living room and a laundry room. The living room has a large television with a closet full of games, books and movies for evenings or down time. It is comfortable and bright with large window and sliding glass doors leading to a private patio overlooking the Robert Trent Jones Oceanfront Golf Course. The patio is equipped with an outdoor grill and additional eating area. Off of the living room is a new fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining area. The master suite has a king size bed, television and sliding glass doors leading to another patio overlooking the golf course.

On the second floor are two additional bedrooms and a study area. One bedroom has a queen sized bed and the other has two double beds and a pull out couch for additional sleeping space. Each bedroom has it's own full size bathroom, television, as well as it's own private deck overlooking the golf course. The landing has a study area for a quiet space to read or the kids to play games.

The villa is just steps to the private Water Oaks swimming pool and a five minute walk to access miles of beautiful white sandy beaches, the 11 mile lagoon where you can enjoy fishing or explore via a canoe or kayak. It is also centrally located and provides access to miles of bike paths, 25 tennis courts and 3 golf courses. The free Dunes Buggy will shuttle you to a number of areas including Shelter Cove where you will find shops, restaurants and entertainment during the summer months.

Excellent place to vacation

We walked in to an immaculate home. Everything you needed to vacation. Everything was in walking distance….the pool, beach, restaurants and general store. Just a short drive to Harbor Town for shops, and a variety or boating excursions and water sports.

SC Family Reunion

Enjoyed a family reunion where every family had a place to stay close by. Walk to beach is ~1/2 mile but pool was just steps away. Nice updates in unit and owners were excellent communicators.

Adorable condo

This family vacation was our first in a very long time even though as my children were young Hilton Head was our yearly vacation spot. This lovely condo was perfect for our needs! Nicely appointed and not too far to walk to the beach.This was a great vacation experience and a much needed time to reconnect with each other in a beautiful and comfortable setting.

Great week at Palmetto Dunes

We loved this property. We had my three kids and my niece (ages 10-15) and they loved having the whole big upstairs to themselves while my husband and I took the downstairs master suite. The condo had everything we needed in the kitchen, games to play and I loved having the half bath downstairs as well. We rented bikes and bikes everyday to the beach and the kids loved biking to the General Store for snacks. It was an easy ride to the beach, the store, and pickleball/tennis. I would highly recommend this place. The communication from the host was also great, too!

Great Location - Great Home - Great Spring Break with Family

The location was great. The condo was beautiful. This was our first time at Hilton Head and were very happy with the property. The location was great being close to the beach, close to the court complex, and close to golf. We rented bikes for the week and were able to explore many areas of the island from the property. The weather was not on our side, but we had a great place to stay. It was perfect for our family of 2 adults and 4 kids, everyone got their own bed and the bathroom for each room was awesome! We had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to go back. The beach item closet was the best I have seen, so clean and organized and really had everything, it was a great help in saving us cargo space to not have to bring anything. A couple suggestions: -While the kitchen was fully stocked, it would have been nice to have a griddle to cook breakfast on for our family. -Stocking the beach closet with some basic tennis racquets and pickleball paddles with some balls would have been helpful for the casual family who wants to do those activities but doesn't have them (we packed our own) -We had one small issue with the number falling off the main door keypad and we couldn't get it without it. Luckily we found it on the ground each time. Contacted the property manager and did get contacted back but it was never addressed or fixed during our visit.
