Welcome to your perfect Hilton Head Island getaway. This spacious three-bedroom home is ideally located in the heart of Palmetto Dunes and just a short walk to both the beach and the George Fazio Golf Course, making it an excellent choice for relaxation, recreation, and family vacations. The fully equipped kitchen offers generous space for gathering and preparing meals, complete with stainless steel appliances, a breakfast bar seating three, and a cozy breakfast nook with seating for three. Just off the kitchen, the dining area provides comfortable seating for six, perfect for shared meals and evening conversations. The living room is designed for comfort, featuring a large sectional sofa, additional seating, and a 75-inch Smart TV for movie nights or unwinding after a day in the sun. The main-floor primary suite provides a peaceful retreat with a king bed, HDTV, and a beautifully renovated en-suite bathroom. The primary bathroom showcases a large tiled walk-in shower, a freestanding soaking tub, and a double sink vanity, creating a spa-like space to relax and recharge. Upstairs, the first guest bedroom features a king bed and its own private bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom offers two twin beds and an HDTV and shares a bathroom with the bonus room, which also includes two twin beds. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a substitute property, original house was taken off market. Pictures are a misrepresentation of 3 Troon. Furniture dated and stained. Upstairs bedrooms furniture old and too big for rooms, bathrooms dated with showers that you couldn’t turn around in or the curtain wrapped around you. Kitchen was poorly equipped. Stove top didn’t work properly. Dishes and glassware mixed matched. Look like they came from multiple trips to the second hand store. Both can opener broken. Outdoor area needs work, a lot of wood rot, not appealing or inviting, front and back porches useless. It’s obviously a strictly rental property and the owner seems to be milking it for every last nickel. I completed a survey for Palmetto Dunes, they should have better knowledge of their rental units, otherwise PD was very professional and pleasant to deal with.
