The perfect location for the family. This large Fully furnished 3BR unit features updated Kitchens and Baths and lots of space. Nestled in the shaded trees along a golf fairway, but just a short walk to the beach. The Recreation Center, Tennis Courts, Playground and Pool are just across a quiet sleepy low traffic street from this Townhome Condo. Located in the prestigious gated Shipyard Plantation community. The community has a golf course, Lakes, Beach facilities (including a beachfront bar and restaurant) and bike paths throughout. Two bikes are included with the unit. Just a very short drive to all the shops and restaurants at Coligny Square.
