The Space: Trade the hustle and bustle for sandy toes and ocean views—your getaway awaits! This stunning Admiral Row Beachfront villa offers everything you need to make vacation memories. You will want to return to the vacation villa every year for your beach vacation. This is a first-floor unit with awesome ocean views and has been totally remodeled throughout. Nothing was left untouched. It has an open floor plan with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, Luxury Plank flooring throughout, smooth ceilings, and renovated baths with tiled surround bathtubs. The main bedroom features a King-sized bed and private bath. The 2nd bedroom has 2 Twin beds, and there is a pullout sofa in the living room to comfortable accommodate 6 guests. The kids will enjoy the summer fun the resort has to offer with Monday night movie at the pool and fun activities during the week. Hilton Head Beach & Tennis is one of the top vacation resorts on Hilton Head Island with on-site restaurants, beach bar, huge oceanfront pool, tennis, pickle ball courts, playground, surf fishing, and the Atlantic Ocean right there. In addition to the huge resort pool, Admiral Row has it's own pool for quiet enjoyment. There are drinks and food at the poolside cafe, pizza and a sports pub are located at conference center. Bike rentals right at the Resort, and the ice cream stand is open seasonal. Lots of public golf nearby, tennis courts and pickleball on site, Largest beach front pool on Hilton Head, a workout room and playground. Washers and Dryers on site in building, and an elevator close by. This is a gated resort with 24-hour security and on-site check -in. Hilton Head Island has 50+ miles of biking and hiking trails to get around the island. There is the Breeze trolly for public transportation at the entrance of the resort, and shopping and restaurants are an easy drive with plenty of public parking on the island. Please be advised that e-bikes are not allowed in the community. Includes 1 free parking pass. Additional passes are available for $35 each. Our fall and winter promotions are still in effect! Book 3 nights and get the 4th free, from September 2 through March 1st. Or be a snowbird and book 3 weeks to get the 4th free, from January 1st through March 1st. Holidays are excluded. Make sure to mention the promotion when booking to have the discount applied! Getting Around: 1 parking pass is included in the displayed rate. Valid ID and credit card are required for check-in. All properties are non-smoking. Smoking in the property will result in a $500 restoration fee. The damage waiver does not cover damage caused by smoking. Minimum rental age is 25\. Guests unaccompanied by a person or persons over the age of 25 will be evicted without any refunds. No pets are allowed unless specifically permitted and in a pet-friendly property. Guests with unauthorized pets will be evicted and incur a $250 cleaning fee. Oceanside Properties is located on Hilton Head Island. The location is perfect. It is the nicest villa we have ever stayed at here at HHI Beach and Tennis, and we have been coming here for 30+ years! The villa itself is very aesthetically pleasing with beautiful decor throughout (whoever decorated and furnished this villa did an amazing job)! It has everything you would need. The kitchen is fully stocked with great appliances, nice pots and pans, dishes, and a huge refrigerator. Just what you need - not over crowded with too many random dishes/pans, etc. Just right. Beautiful large kitchen table and chairs (with placemats). We love the double outdoor balcony! Very spacious and the outdoor porch furniture is amazing. The bedrooms are great. It's nice to have a huge bed in one bedroom and twin beds in the other. Plenty of room. The bathrooms are great as well - it's so nice to have a tub (for little ones if needed). And a detachable water head for rinsing. Puzzles, books to read, uno cards! This place has it all! Comfy and cozy all with a GORGEOUS view! And a really nice boardwalk down to the ocean right outside.
