The location of this stunning, lagoon view 2 bedroom/ 3 full bathrooms, penthouse is outstanding as it’s across the street from the beach, a block from the Coligny Plaza shops, restaurants, beach bars & bike rentals. We are also adjacent to the beautiful Lowcountry Celebration Park. Be sure to check the event calendar to see what fun activities or concerts might be happening during your stay with us. Our place is perfect whether you are traveling with kids, adults, friends-there is something here for everyone to enjoy! The penthouse villa is on the complex’s top 4/5th floor and features a spacious contemporary living room with an eye catching stone wall, spacious granite kitchen equipped with everything you’ll need to cook meals, balcony that overlooks a lagoon, upgraded WiFi, lots of beach/recreational amenities, bikes, tennis/pickleball rackets & balls and an underground parking garage with luggage carts to make unloading a snap. Villa comes with free tennis and pickle ball courts and a wonderful pool for your enjoyment. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and an oversized chair that easily converts to a twin bed. The second bedroom features a twin XL over queen with twin XL pullout trundle bunk bed. The living room also has an oversized chair that easily converts to a twin bed. The villa is 1,160 square feet and comfortably sleeps 8 people and offers guests a relaxing place to enjoy their vacation, along with the convenience of being a short one block walk to shops, restaurants, beach bars and bike rentals. Had all the amenities we needed, and more. Did not have to bring much from home to make us comfortable. The condo was very spacious and clean. Would recommend this condo to our friends.
