982 Inverness is a 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom townhome in the Palmetto Dunes Resort. This home is full of beach décor from the entrance and all throughout and will definitely give you the vacation feeling. In the foyer, as you enter, there is a closet full of games and puzzles for your entertainment and a bar nook with a wine fridge. There are nice, light hardwood floors throughout the main living area, tile in the kitchen and carpets in the bedrooms. To the left of the entrance is the first bedroom featuring a queen bed, a twin bed and a mounted 42” TV. The private bathroom has a single vanity and tub/shower combo.

To the right of the entrance is the open floor plan with kitchen, dining room and living room. The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. There are two stools at the countertop and additional seating for six at the adjacent dining room table. Inside the kitchen closet is the washer and dryer. As a bonus, in the corner of the dining room is a cute coffee station. The living room has a comfortable, gray queen sleeper sofa, two chairs, a desk and chair and a 50” TV. The sliding doors open to a covered deck overlooking the golf course. It has a high-top table for four plus two additional chairs. This is a great place to have your morning coffee or evening cocktail while watching golfers pass by.

At the top of the stairs on the second floor to the right is a loft area where there is a twin bed and a mounted 28” TV. On the other side of the stairs is a large bedroom featuring a king bed, bench seat, desk and chair, a walk-in closet and a mounted 50” TV. The ensuite bath has a double vanity and tub/shower combo.

The Inverness Village of Palmetto Dunes Resort boasts views of the George Fazio golf course and is only a short bike ride or walk to the beach. The complex has an on-site swimming pool and community tennis courts. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex. Guests are close to everything that Palmetto Dunes has to offer – golfing, clay tennis courts, fishing and miles of bike paths.
