PROPERTY DETAILS
This inviting one bedroom condo is a serene retreat designed for ultimate relaxation. Inside, you'll find the living area with a comfortable pull-out sleeper sofa, perfect for additional guests. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious king-sized bed for a restful night's sleep, complete with a second TV for private viewing.

The renovated kitchen is a chef's delight, fully stocked with everything you need for delightful home-cooked meals, complemented by a stylish high-top dining table for four.

For your convenience, a washer and dryer are located within the unit, along with high-speed Wi-Fi to keep you connected.

Step onto your private deck to enjoy peaceful pool views, an ideal spot for your morning coffee or an evening drink.

We've thoughtfully upgraded the space with modern coastal decor, creating a bright and airy atmosphere that truly embraces the island vibe.


GUEST ACCESS
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire one-bedroom condo, including the private deck.

You'll also enjoy full access to the complex's two inviting outdoor swimming pools, perfect for cooling off on sunny days.

Convenient self check-in is provided with a unique door code, which will be sent to you prior to your arrival for a seamless entry.

Parking is available directly on-site for [up to] two vehicles.


OTHER DETAILS TO NOTE
While we strive to offer flexibility, early check-in is not available from May through August due to high demand and our commitment to ensuring a perfectly prepared space for every guest. Check-in remains at the scheduled time of 4:00 PM. We appreciate your understanding!

The beach is approximately an 8-minute walk from the condo. As Seascape residents, you'll also have access to a private beach cabana (the code will be provided prior to check-in). Our dedicated beach access point is number 54.

To make your beach days even more enjoyable, we've provided beach chairs, a beach umbrella, beach games, and a beach cart for your use. You'll find these items conveniently located in the storage closet by the front door inside the condo. Please remember that beach towels are not included.

You'll receive up to 2 free parking passes.

Please note our strict no smoking and no pets allowed policy.

For your security, please be aware that we have a Ring camera located next to the front door for security purposes only.

Beach and nature getaway

Very clean, nicely decorated unit has everything needed for a wonderful stay. The kitchen has high quality pots and pans and a good selection of food prep items. Everything was in good working order. Short walk to the beautiful beach and to the shops nearby. Quiet property, parking right outside the unit door. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Close to the beach without the high price!!

This was a great place to stay. Close to the beach and Coligny Circle. We walked the beach daily! Apartment was great for a couple…loved having the washer and dryer.

The unit was clean and very nicely updated. We loved having a washer and dryer in the unit as well. The proximity to the beach was great. We loved how well stocked it was with all we would need for the beach. The owner was super nice if we had any questions. We will definitely stay here again!

Short walk to the beach!

Great proximity to the beach and owner supplied wagon, chairs, etc. The pool is right outside the patio. We had quite a few screaming kids, so limited time on patio.

Happy on Hilton Head

This was the perfect spot for us on Hilton Head! The rental was very clean, today and had everything we needed! We started south in Savannah so the access to laundry was very helpful! Access to the beach was great (minus the spiders in the sand). Proximity to dining, shopping and drinks was also great! I really can’t say enough about the location and property!

Perfect Home Away

it was. such a lovely place to rent for our vacation in Hilton Head. its been awhile since we've had the opportunity to take a family vacation and I was so thankful that the listing not only properly described the rental, but I was so pleasantly surprised when we got there with how clean it was, how close it was to the beach and the accessibility of the pools. 10/10 will rent again.

Nice condo

Thank you for awesome experience. The condo is in great condition and had everything we would expect. The unit on the small side but perfect for a couple. In a pinch you could get maybe two small kids under 10 on the pull out sofa. Nice unheated pool of a small deck. Would definitely stay again.

Schöner Kurzaufenthalt

Das Appartment hat eine sehr gute Lage, ca. 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß zum Strand und 20 Minuten zu Fuß zu Restaurants und Geschäften. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür. Das Appartment ist ganz besonders nett und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles ist vorhanden, wie Küchenutensilien und Steandeqipment Lediglich die Terrasse und die Terrassenmöbel bedürfen beizeiten einer Renovierung. Es war alles top und sauber, lediglich unter dem Bett könnte man nochmal staubwischen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war super. Es wurden immer alle Fragen sehr zeitnah beantwortet.
