As you enter, you’re greeted by an open floor plan designed for effortless coastal living. The dining area seats eight comfortably, making it ideal for gathering with family and friends. The living room features soaring ceilings, a plush sectional, HDTV, and is surrounded by large windows that fill the space with natural light and provide views of the private pool and 11-mile lagoon system. The kitchen is well-equipped with ample cabinetry, a center island, wall-mounted oven and microwave, and bar seating for two. Just off the kitchen is a cozy breakfast nook, perfect for morning coffee or casual meals. The first floor hosts the primary suite, complete with a king bed, HDTV, and sliding glass doors that open to a private deck overlooking the pool. The en-suite bathroom features dual sinks, a spacious tiled walk-in shower, separate soaking tub, and a private water closet. Two additional guest bedrooms are located on this floor, one with direct access to a shared bathroom, both with HDTVs for your convenience.
