Boats (prior permission needed), kayaks & surf boards (must be on top of car, no trailer), and large family vans. The only exception would be handicap accessible vans. \-Parking along roadsides and off driveways is prohibited \-Beach Club parking is not available, the Trolley system must be used to access the beach club. Trolley system does not allow passengers to carry large items such as wagons, chairs or coolers \-Vehicle Passes are limited to number of cars able to fit in each driveway, Passes are required to reenter Sea Pines when on a bike, in some cabs, and using Lyft. Try to carry your passes with you when you leave for reentry to avoid any difficult situations at the gate. The house is clean and very cosy. It is a quite place as it is located in a cul de sac. It was just as described, only better. The view out the back porch is amazing. We loved watching the alligators swim by and birds searching for food in the lagoon. Lovely rental. ##### Heather H. We picked this villa not knowing much about Sea Pines or HHI. We lucked out! This villa was clean, roomy, and decorated so nicely. The neighborhood was quiet and lovely, and the kids enjoyed the pool. The beds were very comfortable too. My only suggestion would be to put better quality ice cube trays in the freezer, or better yet, install an ice maker. Otherwise, it’s perfect! ##### Jennifer Z. This property was a perfect fit for my family of four. The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean. The keyless entry was very convenient for our family. The house was stocked with bath towels and beach towels, as expected. There were also a ton of bonus amenities, which exceeded our expectations (dishwasher & laundry pods, salt & pepper, soap, sponge, travel-size shampoo & conditioner, garbage bags, toilet paper, paper towels, disinfectant wipes).
