This fabulous ocean-oriented 2 bedroom, 2 bath luxury villa complex is just a few minutes from the Atlantic Ocean. Live oaks and palmetto trees surround the end unit. This villa has Corian counters, custom moldings, and cultured marble showers. The unique (4th floor) rooftop pool and hot tub surround an expansive deck that lets you catch the cool ocean breeze. You may also use one of the oceanfront pools at Seacrest.

The proximity to the popular Coligny Plaza with its wonderful shops, restaurants, and nightly family entertainment makes North Shore Place the ideal getaway for families. It has the perfect blend of casual beach and luxurious elegance to provide a perfect vacation.

The larger bedroom has a king-size Simmons Beautyrest mattress, a ceiling fan with LED light, a 32-inch flat-screen television, and a DVD player.

Coligny plaza, close to beach

Well, equipped kitchen love all channels on the t. V. Love, the porch beds are awesome. The main bedroom, the pillow top was just awesome. If I was coming to hilton head, I would rent this condo again.Pam was very helpful and I would rent again if I was coming to Hilton head.

Perfect vacation!

Stayed at this condo before Covid and we were very pleased to return for two weeks. Everything was perfect, no complaints, location is excellent and very relaxed. Only wish the pool was heated but we were able to use the heated one at the Sea Crest across the street. Sorry to have to leave!

Perfect location and everything we needed!

We had such a wonderful stay here! It was spacious and well-stocked with all the kitchen and beach gear to get us through the week with three kids. It’s a quick walk to the beach and lots of shopping/dining. We had bikes delivered to the garage so it was convenient and easy!

Favorite spot!

My husband and I really loved this condo! Clean, well decorated, and perfectly located. The wrap around porch is perfect for coffee in the morning and cocktails in the evening! Beach is a short jaunt, restaurants, and shopping super convenient also. This was our favorite spot!

We loved the location and the condo! My husband did notice a lot of wasp nests under eaves of parts of the building so it might be good to have your exterminator company come out and knock them down.

Great experience in HHI

My husband and I enjoyed a great long weekend at 301 North Shore. We have stayed many places on HHI but this was one of the cleanest and nicest units, with great proximity to everything going on around Coligny. Pam responded quickly to any questions I had and we would definitely stay here again.

Quick Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Could not ask for a better location, very short walk to beach. The beach chairs and wagon provided were very welcome. The owner is very easy to work with and responds to any question immediately. Parking was great and so nice to be covered. Many restaurants are walking distance as are many shops. Would stay again.

Close to beach and shops. Lovely condo!

Great visit in Hilton Head. 1 block to the beach. Kind and responsive owner. Sadly the pool and hot tub were closed which was really disappointing. The hot tub was blocked off with tape. The pool might have been closed due to our late Feb visit but that isn't mentioned in the listing.

Wonderful place with great location

We stayed 3 days for mom’s birthday. Unit is very clean, gated property and very well maintained. Pam is very responsive for any queries. Location is close to every thing. Though it was crazy hot weather we mostly stayed in the unit ( not what we planned for) as we have seniors and infants/toddler. Since it was close to lots of restaurants we had no problem in ordering and pickups. Entire family enjoyed a great vacation time.

Great location and unit!

We loved our stay here. We had 2 families - 3 in each party this time. Each of the parents took a room and the girls (17 and 20) slept in the couch. It worked. The condo is well stocked, you could show up with nothing but your clothes and be set for your stay - beach and all. Walk to the beach is short and easy, rooftop pool was really nice. We hung out on the balcony a lot and that furniture was really nice. 2nd bedroom and bath need some updating (that’s where my husband and I stayed - the one bed is very loud! The shower door needs fixed) but I can tell that updates are being made through the house. We will definitely come back and rent this unit again!
