However ceiling fans do not move beyond the slowest speed. Carpet needs to be replaced as there are “rolls” in it which is actually a fall hazard. Nice appliances. Would stay away from the pool area. We have been vacationing in HHI for 20 years and it’s our favorite place to go. This was our first time to stay in Golfmaster and the condo was fabulous! We enjoyed having three bedrooms each with a bathroom; the kitchen is very spacious and has every utensil and appliance you can imagine. Not only does it have appliances, it has very nice appliances! My husband and I enjoyed the sunroom because it gave us some place to go and have some peace and quiet away from the rest of the family. Lol! It was very quiet and we never heard any one around us. Our only complaint is that there isn’t a patio or balcony and there is no access to a grill anywhere in the complex. Not even by the pool. We haven’t ever stayed in a condo before that had absolutely no grill. Unfortunately, we had already invested money in a lot of meat to cook on the grill before we figure this out. In my estimation this is the very best property I ever stay in. We have stayed at some very nice places. However this one was appointed beautifully it was spacious airy and bright with TVs in every room for everyone’s liking. Plus the reading room or private extra room was a nice touch and allow the people had to do some business a place to be quiet. We had a wonderful week at shipyard the weather was excellent with a few showers that really never interrupted our activities. Again, my compliments to the owner of this property for the way that it is appointed and decorated a beautiful place to stay for any family. I would highly recommend.
