The home was well-stocked with everything we needed: cookware, dishwasher pods, coffee K-Cups, and even two refrigerators, which were perfect for our group.The private pool and hot tub were a huge plus, and the owners went above and beyond by providing beach towels and helping us reserve bikes and beach gear ahead of time.Another thoughtful touch: guests can leave unopened food/supplies for donation to a local pantryβ€”such a great idea. The rooms where large and the pool was enjoyable. Short walk to beautiful beach. Easy parking. We had an amazing stay and the property was exactly as stated online. Great location in Sea Pines and closet to the beach. If you have a larger group the house is spacious and provides a ton of extras like laundry detergent and dish soap. The travel size soaps in each bathroom were great too. We opted for the heated pool and our grandchildren had a blast. The beach is a short walk and we enjoyed biking to Salty Dog for ice cream. House is as advertised. Plenty of space and the pool and hot tub are great. They have everything you need: paper towel, laundry detergent, dishwasher soap, trash bags, spices and tim foil / ziplock bags. Great communication with property managers. Overall 5 star experience.If I had two things that could be upgraded at house they would be composite decking and zero entry shower on first floor.We will be back. ##### melvin g. The kitchen and family room layout were fabulous. We could have lots of people working in the kitchen together. The pool was great and part was shaded. The walk to the beach was so short and easy that my 88 year old mother in law easily walked back and forth. The management company was very responsive and super helpful. ##### Bill T. The pool was heated and everyone loved it. There is no ocean view but the walk to the beautiful beach with white sand is easy and pretty and the beach is stunning. We cooked good meals in the well stocked kitchen. The beds are super comfortable and even though they are all on one hall the sound proofing is good, the big table is great for a group. Linda and are super with communication. There are stairs up to the main floor so if that is a problem for people you shouldn’t rent tlhis house. House had everything you would need… plenty of dishes, pans, utensils, glasses, cups etc for all 9 of us. The kitchen is fully stocked like your kitchen at home. They provided shampoo, conditioner and body liquid soap for your whole stay using large containers. They had beach towels, and we used their complementary beach umbrella, large beach blanket and insulated large beach bag for food and drinks. What stood out the most was when we arrived on a Sunday and the air conditioner would not go below 76, a fan was not working in a bedroom and the spa would not heat up since we paid extra for. Instead of them telling us to wait until Monday… Jay was there within 1/2 hour at 7:30 at night getting everything to work. In addition he had someone come the next day to check on the air to make sure it was all good. We spent the day at the beach then came back and enjoyed the clean pool and went bike riding. It is a dated house, but all the houses around there are the same. We enjoyed making good memories. Thank you Linda and Jay! ##### cindy E. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, and there was plenty of living space to spread out. The kitchen had everything necessary to make meals and two refrigerators (one up, one down) was a great perk.
