It is a quick walk to the beach and also the shops and restaurants at South Beach. The kitchen is well stocked and for the most part the home is in good condition. The unit could use updating and many of the walls are stained with water and mold. The rental company is also hard to reach and did not respond when multiple cockroaches were found in the upstairs bedrooms. ##### Terry M. I love the location and the spaciousness of the house; however, the house needs to be kept in great shape by regular repairs like painting, and replacing worn out furniture. Easy access to beach, pool, pickleball and Salty Dog. Nice screened in porch and beautiful setting in the backyard, open space with lots of trees. However, the inside is a disaster. The bedding and towels had bugs and blood on them when we arrived, there is mold everywhere and the home has an overall terrible smell. Pool code worked for one day, then stopped working and we could never get another one. WiFi also didn’t work. Sliding door to outside in master doesn’t lock. The lack of response from the management was pitiful. It’s shame the house wasn’t better kept, it could be a wonderful retreat.
