We were able to enjoy our meals both inside and outside on the nice patio area. The only thing I would like to see is the outdoor grill and the beach umbrellas replaced. Both were broken. A great house near the beach that has an entertaining area for adults and kids alike, what more can you ask for?!? The place was updated, clean, convenient and accommodating!
