Located in North Forest Beach, at the end of Flamingo St, only 1 home away from the ocean, you will have everything you need for the perfect family vacation. Upon arriving at the house, you are welcomed with plenty of Southern Charm by the covered porches overlooking the beautiful beaches and an Atlantic Ocean. The first floor of the house has 4 of the homes 5 bedrooms. To the left, as you enter through the front door, is the king suite with access to the front porch, flat-screen TV and access to the shared bath. The bunk room shares a bath with the front bedroom. The bunk room is made up of a full-sized bed under a twin bunk. Additionally, there is a twin, trundle bed under the full-sized bed to make sleeping room for 4\. The bedroom also has a flat-screen TV and a new dresser. The shared bathroom features a tub shower and large bathroom vanity. To the right side of the home, there are two more bedrooms. The junior master bedroom features a king bed, access to the front porch, a flat-screen TV, and a private en-suite bathroom. The en suite bath has a large tub and separate shower as well. Further back from this room is another guest room featuring a king bed and en suite bath with tub and shower. Also, on the first floor of the house is a laundry room and stairs to the garage. The second floor of Seaside Haven features a large open floor plan and the master bedroom. The master bedroom has a king bed, access to the 2nd-floor porch, flat-screen TV, and en suite master bath. The master bath has two sinks and vanities, a large tub, and a separate shower. The living room, kitchen, and dining room are all open with plenty of seating and gathering space for everyone. The living room has 2 couches and 2 chairs and a flat-screen TV, not to mention amazing views of the ocean. The dining room has a table with seating for 6, there is a breakfast bar with 4 barstools and stools at the kitchen island. The kitchen is open and appointed for anyone who loves to cook. Just off the living room is a large, covered porch with plenty of entertaining options. There is a comfortable seating area with a TV, a dining table, grill, and lounge chairs so you can enjoy the ocean breeze right from the porch. The pool and spa area have plenty of chairs and seating for a day in the sun, plus plenty of privacy with the lush landscaping. The spa can be heated during some months for an additional fee and measures approximately 26x10 kidney shaped. There are a garage and driveway with parking 5 vehicles and a ping pong table. Wi-Fi throughout the house as well. All this and only a few steps to the beach, or a short bike ride to Coligny Plaza. We had one small issue upon arrival and they took care of it promptly. The location of this property was perfect. We were right off the beach and within walking distance of Coligny Plaza. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach, and the neighborhood was peaceful and relaxing, making it ideal for our family vacation.The house was spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of room for all of us to spread out comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the living areas were cozy and inviting. The private pool was a hit with the kids, and the deck was a great place to unwind, enjoy the view, and have family meals outdoors.That said, there are a few things that could make the property even better. The pool would benefit from having handrails near the steps, especially for older guests or those who might need a little extra support. Additionally, the deck area can get slippery when wet, so a more slip-resistant surface would be a helpful safety upgrade. A ceiling fan in the deck area would also be a great addition to help with airflow during the hotter days.Despite these small issues, we had a wonderful time, and the house was a great fit for our family. The close distance to the beach is great and we hopped into the pool several times per day. We also loved being able to walk to Coligny plaza for dinner and ice cream and basically didn't need our car all week long. The house was spacious and well appointed. It was extremely clean when we arrived and check in could not have been easier. The location was perfect! We had ocean views from the balcony, an easy walk to the beach and to Coligny Plaza. Our teenagers enjoyed the pool and biking in the area and to the plaza. The house is even better than the pictures! Our group included a 1 1/2 year old and 4 1/2 year old, their parents and us. This is such a pretty house, beautiful views of the water, great location with easy access to Coligny Park. The kitchen is fully stocked and easy to work in. The living room was comfy and cool. We were so happy to have such a beautiful master bedroom away from the other bedrooms. The four bedrooms down stairs were really well planned for multiple families. The only concern for our family was that the stairs were so open, with a 1 1/2 year old and 4 1/2 year old, we had to be very diligent about where they were in the space. Happily no incidents! For slightly older families, or multiple couples this house is fantastic. We had a great vacation. ##### Mary S. I don't often write reviews, let alone give maximum stars, but we couldn't have been more pleased with 28 Dunes Ln! Location to the beach across the street and Coligny Plaza couldn't be better. View was amazing. And the pictures didn't do justice to how nice the house, pool, and view were. Far exceeded our expectations. We had two very minor issues when we checked in (a couple lights not working and one drain) that we could've easily overcome. Nevertheless, we left a message with Beachside Getaways, and they were prompt, professional, and quickly took care of even those issues. As were all my questions before going. I couldn't recommend this house more highly. You truly don't need to bring anything but yourselves and what you want on the beach. Everything we needed was there, and more. The house is in great shape and well configured for a family. The ocean views from the porch are fantastic; the porch table makes a perfect outdoor office during the day and great wind down spot in the evening.
