Just inside the front door you are welcomed to an open kitchen and beautifully handcrafted dining room table. The kitchen features granite counter tops and stainless-steel appliances. The large dining table has chairs for 4 and a long bench for another 4, plenty of room for everyone. Just past the kitchen is the living room with large flat screen TV, sleeper sofa and sliding glass door. The patio is expensive and with a table for 4, outdoor sectional and gas grill. Also on the main level is a guest king bedroom with an en-suite bathroom that features a single vanity sink and shower/tub combination. Upstairs features 2 more bedrooms. The 1st guest bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and a door to the shared bath. The bathroom upstairs connects between the guest and the master bedrooms. It has a full-size shower and glass door. The master bedroom also features a king bed and private balcony perfect for enjoying your morning coffee. The townhouse has a washer and dryer onsite and has wi-fi included. Hilton Head Beach Club has an onsite pool and is just a few minutes’ walk to the beach, shopping, and restaurants. We enjoyed how close we were to the pool, a short 30 second walk. We also enjoyed our 7-8 minute walk to the beach. The area of the beach it leads to was quieter and less crowded than the main entrance at Coligny Plaza and we really liked that too! The property is close to many restaurants and a short drive to any entertainment you’re looking for. All good things! However, the outdoor area of the property is poorly cared for. The front door area is overgrown from the neighbor’s trees/bushes which makes it difficult to get to the entrance once you’ve parked in the assigned spot right beside the condo. The back deck area is dirty and also not cared for. This would add so much to the property. Lastly, the downstairs tv was very difficult to work with while we were there. Not sure if it was the internet or the tv itself but we couldn’t enjoy any family movie time during our stay (specifically the rainy day). However all of the tvs on the bedrooms worked perfectly! There were a few blinds missing in the living room area that just made it look cheaper than it is. Overall a good stay and would definitely consider using it again if a few minor adjustments were made. The rooming arrangements are really great for a big family. ##### Kassi R. When we arrived our door access code did not work which was inconvenient but someone showed up to the property within 10 minutes to let us in. There were also no instructions in the white binder for how to turn on cable TV which was needed when stuck inside with bad weather one day. The property looks exactly like the photos, very roomy kitchen, well stocked with utensils and everything needed for cooking, lovely living room and play area and huge bedrooms with king sized beds and an attic room for toddlers that can sleep at least two children. The patio downstairs was great for entertaining- enjoying a glass of wine and the patio furniture is in top notch condition. You don't even need to pack anything for the beach- beach chairs, toys and a beach cart is provided to make your trip to beach easier which is only 7 minutes away. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach. It is perfect for relaxation and close to restaurants. The best part was we needed to leave the property a little later than the regular check out time and I contacted property management and they made it happen!
