Summertime Serenity
This was one of our best family vacations yet!The property was great! We have four children 11-19 and we never felt crowded at all. Kids had their own space upstairs! The property grounds were fabulous. Bike rides and walks everyday through the peaceful shaded bike trails. 3-4 minute drive to the beach or a bike ride for maybe 10-15 min!The only issue we had but was resolved immediately was the air conditioning for upstairs. The cottage has one unit so cooling upstairs was very warm upon our first night. Contacted property management and they had someone out same day.Would definitely stay here again!

Nice Hilton Head Condo
Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was spotless.
I was happy with the location.
I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
The condo has been nicely updated and was clean. It says it sleeps 6, but doesn’t seat 6 in the living area. Pool access is not great. You have to drive to the pool at another condo group to swim. This was not clearly communicated, so we had to call Island Rentals for directions to the pool. Beach access was also pretty far away. The rental only provided beach parking for one vehicle, which was not ideal since we had two cars. Rental agency responded quickly when we called.
