201 Tennismaster, Beautifully Remodeled End Unit with Pool View!

Beautiful remodel completed in Winter 2018 gives your family plenty of space to hang out together in our open layout of kitchen/dining room/living room. The kitchen was re-built from the floors up, including granite counters and all new appliances. The new laundry area adjacent to the kitchen also received a new washer and new dryer.

The first floor master bathroom was also rebuilt from scratch with new flooring, a custom walk-in shower, custom vanity, and all new plumbing and fixtures. A completely renovated 1st floor half bath and new flooring throughout the first floor completes our remodel.

The bright and cheery living room has a wall of windows to let in the sunshine and includes a queen sleeper sofa and a large LCD flat screen TV. We have wireless high speed Internet and digital cable, including DVR service on the Living Room TV. A sliding glass door in the living room leads to our backyard patio with a charcoal grill. Tennismaster's large community pool is just steps from our back door and is visible from our open patio and screened-in porch (with ceiling fan).

The master bedroom is also located on the first floor and has a king bed, ceiling fan, LCD flat screen TV, and a private bathroom. The master bedroom also has a sliding glass door to the backyard patio.

On the 2nd floor are two additional bedrooms; one has two twin beds while the other has a queen and 2 twins, private balconies and private baths for each. All bedrooms have flat screen TVs and ceiling fans.

The perfect location and a beach locker!
Shipyard is centrally located on the island, close to championship golf courses, popular restaurants & shops, watersports and more. Our end-unit in Tennismaster is less than a 10 minute walk to the beach on a beautiful, paved path which leads to the Shipyard Beach House and your personal beach locker. Use it to store your beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys throughout your stay so you can enjoy yourself at the beach without having to carry your beach items back and forth each day. We also have an outside storage area at the condo where you can keep your bikes and outdoor gear.

Our family has called Hilton Head our 2nd home for over 40 years and we love to help new visitors enjoy our island! Ask us if you need help planning your activities!

Great location with a clean and beautiful condo!

Great beach stay!

Our family stays in Shipyard for a week in July and we stayed at Tennismaster tor be close to them! It was the best stay! The condo had everything we needed and it was very clean. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect beach vacation

This is our second year at this location and we love it here. We have plenty of room in the unit and the kitchen is spacious and well stocked. The owner is responsive and helps with any additional questions and concerns.

Wonderful vacation

We had a wonderful vacation. The condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and well-equipped for our family. The condo is close to the pool and about a 15 minute walk to the beach.

Enjoyed our stay here with family. Condo was well equipped with everything you would need. Close to the beach, tennis courts, and pool! Kelly was very helpful with all of our questions. Especially enjoyed all the puzzles! Would definitely stay here again!

Hilton Head 2024

This townhouse style condo is perfect for a family get away. Beautifully updated first floor including a comfortable screened in porch overlooking the pool. There was plenty of room for everyone to relax and enjoy our stay. I would recommend and definitely stay again. We have loved coming to Hilton Head and Shipyard for over thirty years and this unit was perfect.

Great HHI Stay

This stay at Tennismaster was one of our favorite Tennismaster units so far. It had a very well equipped kitchen and we appreciated the renovations which provided a more open layout which was perfect for a relaxing trip with friends. Communication with the owner was outstanding, especially when we encountered a maintenance issue with the AC — it was quickly addressed and resolved. As others have pointed out, it is a quick bike ride/walk to the beach, tennis, etc. The bonus of having the beach locker at the beach club made our trips to the beach so easy. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade some of the furniture and bed pillows as they are starting to show a little wear and tear.

Amazing New Years in Hilton Head

We really enjoyed our stay. We cooked most meals at home, the kitchen is very well equipped and big to accommodate comfortably the whole family. The downstairs is renewed and beautifully furnished. Upstairs there are two bedrooms with a bathroom each: they are a little bit older in style but really big and comfortable. We liked the area and the facilities. I would recommend this place to friends.

Dream Kitchen

Our family prefers dining at home, and we loved that the kitchen in this unit is even more wonderful than it looks in photos. Family Vacation

We absolutely loved the location and the unit. It was well furnished with everything we needed to prepare meals and just relax. The pool is a few yards from the backyard. The beach is a very short bike ride or you can drive around the corner to the beach. We love the tranquility of HHI and highly recommend this unit for a family looking to spend quality time together. The owners responded very quickly to any questions we had and were super easy to work with too. Thank you for an amazing vacation and we can’t wait to return again.

Annual friends vacation

This is our third time staying here. We really enjoy the layout and so close to pool. Some days we thought we were the only ones in the area since it was only us at pool. Kelly is great to work with. If we had a problem, she was quick to fix it. 10 minutes walk to beach. Loved that we had locker by the beach to store stuff. We had no problem getting a handicap parking space . We will rent her place again.

Beautiful spacious home!

This was truly an amazing stay. I was in town for a local wedding with my family and 1 year old son. The location was terrific for everything we needed. The community has a wonderful big pool located right out the back steps of the unit. The unit itself was incredibly well maintained and the updated downstairs was beautiful. Kelly was very responsive during the check-in process. Shipyard is a terrific neighborhood and I would recommend this unit to anyone considering a stay. I will certainly be renting this again in the future!

Girlfriends week trip

This is the 2nd time staying here. They have some new furniture and mattresses this year. Very nice and comfortable. She messaged me about the weather from hurricane and numbers to call if needed. We made it through the wind and little rain. We are women over 60 and really enjoyed the screen porch for coffee in morning. We love how the pool is right outside the place. Nice big pool and every year we stay in that area we almost are the only people there. 10 minutes walk to beach and love the beach locker.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Great location, close walk to beach, easy bike ride to Coligny Plaza. The unit has been updated on the first floor and is very comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots and pans and utensils for those wanting to prepare their own meals.
