This beautiful beach cottage has been updated, there are new furnishings and flat screen TVs in both sitting areas and all the bedrooms. The home is decorated in a beach theme décor and is so inviting and comfortable. The beach cottage is a single floor plan. There are no steps at the home. The living room has cathedral ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, a 50" Roku TV and nice furnishings. The dining area has seating for eight and is open to a second sitting area that offers 50" Roku TV and views of the private back yard and the beautiful private pool that can be heated for an additional cost. The kitchen is updated, there are maple cabinets, granite counter tops and is well equipped. There are 3 bedrooms, all have private baths, newer furnishings, newer mattresses and linens. There are two master bedrooms both with king beds, a 43" Roku TV and private baths, one of the master baths has been renovated. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a Twin bed & the lower level is a double bed and there is also a trundle bed located below for small kids. This room also features a 43" Roku TV and private bathroom with shower/tub combo. The fully fenced backyard is where you will find your private pool, with a large pool deck, plenty of lounge chairs, a Tiki Bar, a table and umbrella for dining and a gas grill. The home is located within walking distance to Coligny Plaza were you will find shopping, dining, local entertainers, a local coffee shop, two ice cream shops and the grocery store. The home is also located within walking distance to tennis and a fitness center and the bike path is located across the street. It was nice to run home and make some lunch to take back up to the beach. My girls also loved the pool. The water pressure in the master shower is stronger than any shower I've ever experienced in my life. It felt like you were taking a shower under a pressure washing hose. My 6 year old took a shower in there first and basically had to stand on the bench away from the water. The TVs are all Roku TVs which is nice because we could sign in to our own streaming services to watch. Just make sure you sign out when you leave. Netflix was signed in to someone else's account when we got there. We loved having our doggie at the beach with us. House has all the cookware you will need and plenty of sitting. The pool was great and so nice to have after playing in the sand. We loved we could enjoy our 4 legged companion here. The location was great. Recommend renting bikes and enjoying all the bike paths in the area as well as on the beach. Would definitely rent again. Thank you for a wonderful escape. Would love to know where some of you rugs came from as well as your paint color in the bunk bed room. :) ##### Therese H. Location-5 Amenities-4 Home & Grounds Condition-2 For a family of 4 plus 2 grands, this location for October Fall Break was perfect. Very short walk to the beach, quiet end of the island, yet close to great restaurants, attractions and shopping. Amenities were well above average. The pool was lovely, though not used. There were chairs and toys to take to the beach. Inside, there was ample media to satisfy. The kitchen was stocked with every culinary need. The mattress in our bedroom was very soft...polar to my sleep number at home set on 10\. 😏 The home condition, inside and out, needs immediate attention to remain a viable rental. There are structural concerns, the windows sills are in need of a deep clean and a grounds crew should be one of the first priorities. Kudos to management, as the HVAC company was there the 2nd day to alleviate a problem! We’ve discussed all of the issues with the location in hopes that 2 Cassina Lane receives a little TLC....and we would return! Thanks for making a new memory!🎉 ##### Judith D. The house met every expectation and then some! Very clean with a well stocked kitchen and lots of room. The pool was on the cool side due to the early part of the season, but we still enjoyed it. And it seemed to get warmer as the week went on. We took our dog and the fenced yard was a bonus. Archival ### 10/10 Excellent 14 Mar 2010 #### This is the perfect locat... This is the perfect location and house for a young family - 8 people comfortably or more if you don't mind the floor in the sunroom. The beach is not crowded like other areas that we have stayed at and the pool is perfect for the kids. The bathrooms and kitchen are nice - very functional. Plenty of space and TVs for people to spread out. Quiet neighborhood with other rentals in the area that had many nice families - mostly from the upper midwest for some reason. We have had great weather for the last 3 years during the last week of July/first week of August... ---
