Sunset Rentals | Hilton Head Resorts 2320

This lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo is just steps from the beach! The open concept floor plan has hardwood and tile flooring and bead-board walls throughout. The living area features new furniture, including a sleeper sofa, and flat screen TV. The dining area features seating for 4, and the well-equipped kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare meals for your guests.

The main bedroom features a queen bed with a Smart TV, as well as a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a full bed and a twin bed, as well as a Smart TV. This room has access to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

In addition to being just a 5 minute walk to the beach, guests of Hilton Head Resort have access to amazing amenities, including a sauna, tennis courts, hot tubs, indoor and outdoor pools, onsite dining, as well as private beach access. Hilton Head Resorts allows 2 cars only.

Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. If your stay is within 9 days, or lesser, from the time of booking, the instructions will be sent via email as soon as the Rental Agreement is signed.

Great place

The condo was nice and clean. We had issue with TV and fridge but they were there within the hour to fix. Great location for Hilton Head. We enjoyed our stay!
