The house needs some attention: many cabinet doors need fixing of the hinges, no blinder container, no wagon to the beach as stated and little fixes to fixtures. We responded to the text on our 2nd day of 3 about any issues. The ladies who helped with the reservations and arrival were wonderful. Overall we had a wonderful stay and a great celebration. House is dated. The layout the is strange. The listing pictures are not a great representation. Master bedroom is basically in the kitchen. You have to walk outside to get to the screened porch. Pool furniture was 2 lounge chairs and that was all. All drawers throughout the house were dirty. Looked like the house hadn't been stayed in in a while. We love sea pines. Location was good. Right next to beach walk. Pool area was nice but needs more furniture. We felt like this house was fine but over priced for what it is and would not rent it again.
