Our little grandsons really appreciated the backyard pool, and the adults did too! And the property is located very close to the beach; just a quick walk of a couple blocks. Overall, the home is well equipped with everything you need! It's very cozy and welcoming. Proximity to the beach is just a short 3 minute walk and 7 minute bike ride to Coligny Plaza. Pool and back yard area are fantastic. The only problem is due to amount of greenery surrounding pool, every time a storm comes up leaves lit almost unusable due to leaves, branches, debris in the water and on the chairs. Pool was cleaned during our stay but you need a leaf blower on site to blow things off at your convenience. House could use a deep cleaning. Again thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
