The third room has a double bed, bunk bed, and additional pull out trundle to bring the home's sleeping number to 9\. The two guest rooms share a hall bathroom that has two vanities and a tub/shower combination to fit any families needs. Overall, the home is well equipped with everything you need! It's very cozy and welcoming. Proximity to the beach is just a short 3 minute walk and 7 minute bike ride to Coligny Plaza. We had five adults for our stay and house was perfect for that size. The Property Management team is extremely communicative and attentive. It is as charming as the pictures show. It was so nice to find a place that was just the right size for our small group.The kitchen is well appointed, and the availability of extra equipment that we could choose for the beach was a wonderful option. Our little grandsons really appreciated the backyard pool, and the adults did too! And the property is located very close to the beach; just a quick walk of a couple blocks. Coligny Plaza is also very nearby, with shops, restaurants, grocery store, etc. All in all, I couldn’t ask for more in a vacation property! ##### Deborah S. The management company was extremely quick to resolve any concerns we had. The only down side was bedroom 3 was described as a queen bed with twin bunk beds in the room.
