This three-level home offers ocean, marsh, and tidal creek views. The main level features a gourmet kitchen with a large island, a family room with an 82-inch smart TV, and a dining room, all with water views. The second level has three en suite bedrooms, including a master suite with a king bed, sitting area, pull-out sofa, and a 55-inch smart TV. The top level has three more bedrooms, including a king suite with a game room. Outdoors, enjoy a large pool, seating, dining, a grill, and a 60-inch TV. The home also includes a two-car garage and additional parking for 5-6 cars. Singleton Beach is a private community with Charlestonian-style homes, a private beach, community pool, and nearby park. It's located between Palmetto Dunes and Marriott Surfwatch Resort, close to Hilton Head and Bluffton's best dining and attractions. FREE activities included with our signature Southern Hospitality Pass! Your pass includes one free round of golf daily at partner courses like the Heritage Collection and the Brown Group. The house amenities were perfect for our group, and you can not beat having the beach right out your front door! Not to mention almost every room had a fantastic view. Beds in bunks are much bigger then you might think. Views are incredible. Main kitchen and living area is huge and more then enough space for all. Plenty of room for all the kids and direct beach access. Some things may have been a little worn, but it is to be expected with short term rentals. Everything was clean and up to standard. Reliable property description and easy communication with the property manager. Perfect for our extended family to celebrate Grandpa Aha’s 80th birthday just steps from the beach. A great number of rooms, each with their own full bath and a few even configured for multiple kids. Large main floor common area with fully stocked kitchen, dining and living areas.
