This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Ocean Villa is situated on the third floor of the Atlantis Building within the Oceanfront Island Club Gated Community. Recently completely renovated and ready for you to make memories. Guests of 1302 Island Club can look forward to oceanfront views and inspiring sunrises from their private balcony. The ocean view living room features comfortable updated furnishings, TV, and ample seating on the private oceanfront balcony. The open floor plan includes a dining area that seats 6, a fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer for guest use. The oceanfront master suite is furnished with a king bed. Private bath with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom, you will find a queen and a twin bed, and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. Beach Towels & Beach Chairs are included in every Hilton Head Rentals professionally managed property. Beach access is easy via the Beach Path, which is accessible by following the sidewalk to the front of the Atlantis Building. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Room was clean and comfortable. Easy to get to most locations and easy access to beach. Only problem we had was the condo was totally unusable from 8AM to 5PM everyday. The condo below us was being completely remodeled. We could not eat, nap, talk, watch TV or simply relax because of the noise. At times the demo could be heard all the way to the edge of the beach.
