There is a folly where the tide comes in and during high tide, it can't be crossed. So it was like having your own private beach. The house itself has been re-done and all the bedrooms are beautiful. You can't beat a beachfront for maximizing your time. The convenience of being right at the beach saves so much time and creates more opportunities to make memories. The view is constant and breathtaking! We did have a small repair issue, but it was handled quickly. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a fantastic time in this home on Collier Beach Rd! It was extremely spacious and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and toys. The kids had a blast and it was a major plus to literally be right there on the beach. The pool was great and the heat worked perfectly for our October vacation. I can’t say enough nice things about Andi who helped us book the property and answered all of my questions.
