The layout of the house is perfect for a vacation, maximizing the space with teenagers that want their own room and bathroom. This house was perfect. Hilton Head is far enough south to be warm in Oct. The house has bee recently gutted and remodeled. It is beautiful and new like in side with 4 large bedroom suites. each with very nice bathrooms. The kitchen is a cooks dream with all new commercial appliances tied in with a large great room for all of the family. There is plenty of gathering and dining space. Out back is a nice area with a pool, spa, grill and dining area with a ceiling fan and large screen tv. It was perfect for our family, no need un-met. ##### RICK B.
