Great beach house

Clean, great location, every imaginable beach toy, many towels, kitchen equipped with every conceivable need. Pool a bit small but with the Atlantic Ocean at your doorstep not significant. Stayed at Hilton Head many times this best accommodation to date.

It was absolutely wonderful!

The house was perfect for us. Each family had its own floor. Our kids and grandkids loved the kitchen - beautifully equipped. The small pool off the overhead porch great and didn’t ever seem to get hot even though it was a very hot week.

Gorgeous Property

10 Collier never disappoints. It's modern, super clean and the views are breathtaking. The proximity to restaurants, shopping, and island entertainment makes it a perfect place to stay for small and large groups like ours. The house is equipped with a huge kitchen, and every amenity we needed to make the stay memorable. The heated pool was great, and we cannot wait to book our next trip to HH and stay at this beautiful house. The management company is super responsive, especially Keahna. I highly recommend this property!!

Great Stay at 10 Collier!

This house is amazing! Would really recommend staying here. We loved it. Our party just had a few issues with not being able to get warm water to some of the showers, and although uncontrollable, there was construction going on at the house next to us that was loud and did not allow for a calm and quiet time on the pool deck. But the house is amazingly equipped to host large groups, with exquisite and thought out decor in each room. Our party of 13 had plenty of space! We would for sure come back again! The beach was pretty private as well and didn't get a ton of foot traffic from public beach access points nearby.

Great Stay!!! (Paperwork very burdensome)

My recent stay at this family-friendly home was a mixed bag of experiences but ultimately a delightful one. The property itself was nothing short of fantastic, perfectly accommodating our entire family. The spaciousness and thoughtful amenities made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Each family member, from the youngest to the oldest, found something to love about this place. However, the journey to this wonderful stay was not without its hurdles. Post-booking, I was inundated with a barrage of questions and required to fill out numerous documents. This process felt excessively rigorous and almost bordered on being intrusive. At several points, the overwhelming nature of these prerequisites almost led me to cancel the reservation. It was a bit overkill. Despite this, once we overcame the initial setup phase, the experience improved significantly. The responsiveness of the hosts and their eagerness to assist was commendable. They were quick to respond to any inquiries, and their helpfulness played a significant role in enhancing our overall experience. In summary, while the pre-stay process was burdensome and almost off-putting, the stay itself was exceptional.
