The first level features an open floor plan with an abundance of space for entertaining family and friends. The living room offers comfortable seating with a Roku streaming TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, a coffee maker and more, so you can easily prepare meals. The laundry room provides added storage with a full-size washer and dryer for guest use. You can enjoy meals at the kitchen peninsula, dining room or under the shade of the back patio dining area. My family had a wonderful stay at the villa. We had been to shipyard before so we knew we would LOVE the location! The kitchen was tight for space but we made it work. We brought our crockpot since the villa didn’t supply one. We enjoyed the beach chairs and bikes after some confusion on the listing. We thought we had 300 to spend on an activity but when we called they said there was just a voucher for chairs and bike- the listing was misleading in that regard.
