By biking along the leisure trails that wind throughout Shipyard, guests have easy access to the Atlantic Ocean and the Crowne Plaza oceanfront resort. Those choosing to relax closer to home enjoy the golf course view from the first floor patio or the secluded on-site swimming pool. For avid tennis players, Waterford has private courts for the sole use of owners and their guests. The Shipyard Golf Course has a unique combination 9, 18, or 27 holes available for play. Just beyond Shipyard gate, vacationers find a wide selection of restaurants, shopping venues, and entertainment for all ages at Coligny Plaza in North Forest Beach.
